Receptionist was really helpful and friendly. He knew my name every time i walked passed and made a point of saying Hello. Not sure of his name but 10/10 for customer service.

Great stay .

The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from the beach, close to the old town. The room is nicer than in the pictures, nicely renovated. Good breakfast and very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff at the reception, in the bar, and elsewhere in the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, modern and close to old town, beach and west central for the start of 'the strip.' The food was absolutely wonderful and the heated indoor swimming pol was great. The only thing I would say is that the gym equipment were out of use when i wanted to use on last day as someone had removed the holding pin for the weight machines rendering them not useable.

Power in bedroom cut out, spent an hour trying to get it back on, female receptionist was not helpful just said she'd tell the cleaner, appeared to find it amusing, this spoilt the overall stay. Poor customer service. Property in need of TLC but the breakfast was good, plenty of options. Close to strip.

Location is great! but the customer service is bad ! especially the front desk.. just boring and not pleasing at all. This needs to be improved. People in front desk should be friendly and should smile

Pre christmas break with grandaughter. Booked here as it had an indoor heated pool . Food options good. Evening entertainment good. Great location for winter wonderland, ice skating .

Room was very clean only fault was breakfast not as good as it used to be quality not as good on hot food and food is cold lots of cake and could do with bigger tea cups and better quality tea bags x

The staff in the dining area were all very friendly and hard working but sadly it goes downhill from here. The room was okay but a little tired in places (Aircon unit dripped onto bed, TV very old). The pool now has a cover on so to swim you need a swimming cap. The photos completely misrepresent the current situation and while I appreciate (or at least I've been told) it's law, we specifically wanted a hotel with a pool, not some shaded, covered setup with restrictions. Location wise it offers convenient access to both sides of Levante and Poniente and in about 2 mins you're in the heart of the Old Town.

Air conditioning not effective but I think this is a Spain thing when it’s not high season. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable. We were on the ground floor so no real view

I appreciate a clean, bright & spacious room with AC with the balcony and view to make my stay enjoyable. This hotel had them all.

Nice hotel,nice staff,pool area with plenty of loungers. Good central location.

Nice clean and friendly hotel, well situated on the edge of the old town.

Parking was a bit of an issue. Apart from that was a decent hotel for the price
