The rooms were extremely dirty. There was hair on the sheets. Towels were dirty. We asked for sheets to be changed with no answer from staff. Very unfriendly and un professional. Bad bad experience

staff were very helpful and friendly, Hotel was excellent with lovely food on offer at meal times but the noise from the road and children's school got a bit loud at times

1 night stay, good location, friendly staff

Inside hotel has been modernised but outside is tired & disjointed, pool almost all day in the shade. Sunbeds were old. Restaurant was very good, food & service was great, they even allowed us wine, soft drinks & water with evening meal even though we were H/B only . Good position for old town ^ beaches.

The hotel is situated right in the centre of the old town. It's up an incline, which can be a bit of an issue if you're not fit (or you're drunk). The room was spotless, basic, although no hot drinks station (you can get one at the bar downstairs) or ironing facilities. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and will do anything they can to help you out. Only one power socket in the room (additional one in the bathroom), so make sure you consider this when booking.

The property itself was very clean and the breakfast was excellent with so much bariety of hot food,fruit,yogurts,pastries,etc. The hotel staff and cleaners were very friendly and efficient. The location to old town bars and restaurants was superb. However there were many reasons i would not come here again:- The aircon in the room was not very good. The pool was in the shade 100% of the time. The rooms overlooking the poolface directly into other hotels rooms/balconies across the busy,sometimes noisy road. Right next door was a children's school play area and,sitting by the pool, all one could hear were screaming children and occasional LOUD music...every day for hours. The rooms are a bit on the tiny side. We had a lovely time in Benidorm but all of the above explain why the hotel room was a bargain price!

The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was fantastic! It was centrally located in the old town- near to everything. The reception staff were very efficient.

Hotel very basic but very clean, the staff was nice and hotel is in a lovely area near the old town but the Room was very disappointing the balcony faced a wall so no view whatever the kitchen was at the bottom so very noisy early morning and all we could hear was staff or the chef coughing and spitting outside the kitchen door which was rotten as we then had to go and eat there. Made us feel ill hearing it. Very Spanish based hotel

What a terrible experience Room dirty Room dingy Room had brick full height wall at the end of Terrsce We left and would never return even if they paid us.

Rooms are slightly dated but still decent amenities Food for all inclusive was fairly good Wifi was absolutely awful!!

Lovely clean hotel, in a good location with very happy, helpful staff. There was alot of choice for breakfast. Pool area was very nice. The only negative is the hairdryer wasn't very good, so i would take my own next time. We would recommend Port Vista Oro Hotel.

The hotel was extremely dated not like pictures. The breakfast was cold and provided microwaves to warm up. It's was not the best taste either. The room was very loud during day/morning due to school next door and windows aren't very sound proof. The pool looks very different in picture to real life. I wouldn't return here but then I like a breakfast I can eat. Even the savoury side wasn't very good. For the price I would probably say you pay what you get but have stayed at Cheaper better hotels. It is a shame as location is actually not bad central to old town. It's more suited to the older generations of people with there entertainment choices in the night. Didn't try the lunch or evening meal but the smell was enough to put you off.

I liked the hotel. It was very clean,great mattress,nice bathroom. Food was ok. My one complaint is that I asked for a pool view. I understand that the hotel was full and it wasn't possible. However I was given the room with what must have been the worst view in the hotel..a blank with virtually no sky showing.
