Very clean room, very helpful and courteous staff. Good central location for touring Pienza and neighbouring villages. Had a rental car and was no problem to find a place to park for a few days.

The room was spacious and bright, extremely clean with bath amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was everything you could want. Would love to stay there again

Great Location. Staff were lovely and breakfast was very good. Hotel was clean and accommodating. I gave 3 stars because the bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. This is very important for me when I travel. Only for this reason I wouldn’t come back. Everything else was perfect.

The reception staff were polite and attentive, which already made the experience excellent. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. They even took the trouble to arrange a taxi service to the city of Chiusi.

The heat in the room and bath were not working. Fortunately there were extra blankets !

I spent a very relaxing 7 nights while in Pienza on business.The hotel was very comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff were all incredibly freindly and helpful.
