LOVED IT

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Rooms were large and very clean. Getting to any room requires carrying your bag up stairs though, so not suitable for anyone who needs disabled access. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The hotel is centrally located, and the room was spacious. I have used B&B in prior occasions, and this one unfortunately was not the best. The set up of the hotel has many staircases that forces you to go up and down with your luggage, I am very grateful that I’m using my carry-on this time. Even though I spoke Spanish, the person at the front desk was not very friendly. She wasn’t rude or anything bad. Her attitude was not the best. I will continue using the B&B from Sol from now on. That may skip this location for my next trip.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Madrid. Great location, staff were very friendly and were great at recommending non-tourist restaurants for us. We were provided with a small breakfast bag every morning which was a surprise and nice touch! There is a communal space where free tea, coffee and biscuits/fruit is provided which is such a lovely touch. Rooms were clean, quiet and well maintained. Absolutely no complaints and would happily stay here again!

Close to Plaza Mayor which was perfect. Breakfast pastry delivery was a nice surprise. Our rooftop room was amazing with great views. There is an elevator to most floors that must be accessed by stairs and the coffee corner is a couple additional floors underground and not able to be accessed unless you go down 20+ stairs.

No nos gustó que el cuarto no tenía closet ni gavetas para colocar la ropa. Tampoco una area donde colocar las maletas. Tuvimos que dejar la ropa dentro de las maletas y abrir y cerrar estas encima de la cama. El cuarto muy pequeno e incomodo. No obstante, debo destacar que el staff fue siempre muy cooperador y amable. Y la localización excelente.

Great location- right near the main square and easy access to metro. 24hr reception made it easy to get back in late and late checkout useful. Staff all helpful.

El cuarto estaba limpio y queda en una buena localidad. Tienen frutas, jugos de frutas, galletas y agua disponible todo el tiempo. Les solicite un taxi y hicieron la orden mal, tuve que esperar otro taxi por que no cabíamos en el que les solicité.

WOW - this is THE place to stay in Madrid. The location is perfect, within 15 minutes of all the must-dos in the city and a 3-minute walk from the Sol metro station. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the beds were super comfortable. I would stay here again if I went back to Madrid.
