Close to everywhere, shops, groceries, and restaurants. Not expecting a lot but the hotel provided free water, other refreshments, and fresh pastries in the morning! Clean and nice staff was a plus!

Great location! No breakfast but they left a bag of danishs on the door each morning. Nice touch! Definitely be back!

El hotel no tenia aire acondicionado en la habitación solo ponían calefacción central y era para todas las habitaciones y no había manera de ser independiente poder regular la temperatura en el cuarto pasamos muchisima calor fue horrible pues casi no pudimos dormir los tres dias que pasamos allí, la iluminación dentro de la habitación pesima focos amarillos que lo que hacen es dar oscuridad, deberian poner luces blancas ,referente al staff del hotel muy amables las chicas y la limpieza excelente.

Value for price was excellent, my only issue was using a numerical code to enter your room I found very difficult. Otherwise location was outstanding.

The location is fantastic, and everything was in order. I got an inner room, and it was very quiet. I only wish they had a non-dairy milk for coffee!

Generally very satisfactory; A nice room, although in the en-suite bathroom there was nowhere to put your toiletries. We were especially appreciative of the 24 hour coffee corner,and the staff were always very helpful.

Cold room and too small. I supposed that it'd ok for one person; don't book it for two (I'd say).

Great location, steps from plaza mayor. The rooms were small but clean and ergonomic. The room service was great. There is a coffee corner in the basement of the hotel where we would get our free morning coffee and fruits. The AC was a little less effectively but kept temps at 68-69 F which was fine for us. For travelers who like their room cool (60-65 F) during sleep it might be an issue.

Excelente hotel, muy limpio, en zona céntrica. Me agrado bastante el hecho de que diario te llevaban tu bolsita de pan y había un coffe corner disponible las 24 horas! Sin duda regresaría.

El hotel no es amigable para gente que necesita utilizar silla de ruedas o carruaje para niños, ya que no cuentan con elevador directo sino que hay que estar subiendo y bajando gradas para poder utilizar el elevador, en lo demas, esta muy bien ubicado el hotel, bien cercano a varios lugares turisticos.

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil à cet hôtel magnifiquement bien situé.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very well cleaned. Hotel was only walking distance from the Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol. Very convenient.

Room was clean and acceptable for the one night we stayed there before leaving Madrid, but we had issues with our door lock that took way too long to resolve and involved us having to climb 3 flights of stairs 6 times before staff would come up with us to fix the issue. Was also hard to lug all the luggage up and down the stairs, and was not previously told this was how the accommodations were. Walls were very thin and could hear all of our neighbors all night as well as loud street noise from the busy area surrounding.
