Equivalent of a three star hotel in the US. Disappointing.

We really enjoyed the hotel and especially the location. The room was spacious and clean with good amenities. The only issue was that the beds sag a bit from age but they were still decent. I would stay here again. The staff was also polite and helpful. The gift shop in the hotel is great too.

Excellent rooms, location (walkable to most major tourists sites and transportation options) and most important , a great staff! Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The staff, facilities and location were all first class …. and that was not to mention the size of our room. Breakfast was lovely and set you up for the day. If visiting Vienna again there is no doubt where we would stay.

choose to stay in old town Vienna? expect old and beautiful inside. Very good location.

Very conveniently located to all key sites I would recommend staying at the Kaiserin Elisabeth but would suggest that you verify the room you are getting. When I arrived I was given a room with a window that did not have clear glass and looked into an air shaft that was uber dark. It took 3 tries to get a proper room.

Great location for dining and shopping. Facility is clean and quiet.
