We stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The staff, facilities and location were all first class …. and that was not to mention the size of our room. Breakfast was lovely and set you up for the day. If visiting Vienna again there is no doubt where we would stay.

Very conveniently located to all key sites I would recommend staying at the Kaiserin Elisabeth but would suggest that you verify the room you are getting. When I arrived I was given a room with a window that did not have clear glass and looked into an air shaft that was uber dark. It took 3 tries to get a proper room.

I really liked the hotel! It was really cute and charming! It is very walkable! The only thing was that Schönbrunn palace is a little bit far but other than that I had an amazing time!

This hotel has all the charm and class of old Vienna. My single room was functional and classy with a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and it was all very quiet. Breakfast was tasty and generous. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, and I had pleasant, fun conversations with several of them over the course of my stay. The hotel is perfectly located, near Stephansplatz, the U-Bahn, and many restaurants. It is a pleasant 15-20-minute walk to the MuseumQuartier and about 25 minutes by Uber/Taxi to the airport.

Love love love ! Everything from location to front desk employees and dining and cleanliness. Would recommend always! Would be nice to have a kettle for tea and coffee in room.
