This hotel has all the charm and class of old Vienna. My single room was functional and classy with a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and it was all very quiet. Breakfast was tasty and generous. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, and I had pleasant, fun conversations with several of them over the course of my stay. The hotel is perfectly located, near Stephansplatz, the U-Bahn, and many restaurants. It is a pleasant 15-20-minute walk to the MuseumQuartier and about 25 minutes by Uber/Taxi to the airport.

Love love love ! Everything from location to front desk employees and dining and cleanliness. Would recommend always! Would be nice to have a kettle for tea and coffee in room.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Vienna. We were truly blown away by the location and by how clean the rooms were! Housekeeping was phenomenal and this hotel was spotless. Highly recommend!

Very elegant hotel. Clean, excellent location and beautiful breakfast.

The staff was okay but not very helpful. The room was strange. Big room with one tiny single bed . Linens and pillows were excellent. The bathroom had a lovely tub, sink and bidet but no toilet. The toilet was across the room in a tiny closet without enough room to sit comfortably on the toilet. It had a strong door closer so leaving the door open was not an option! Ridiculous! No bar or restaurant onsite so I ran up a bit of a bill at the minibar

The location is excellent, hidden gem of Vienna. Historical building, upgraded to standards. The staff is amazing, made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Thank you, Hotel Staff, and friends drivers, Maritza and Mariko.

Great location. Right next to the Ringstrasse, easy walk to the metro, the Opera, the shops and dining. Wonderful breakfast. Very helpful staff. Maybe the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Lovely room and linens. High quality boutique hotel with a personal touch.

700 years old building, 200 years old hotel, middle of the town location, red tapestry, warm, welcoming staff, the best coffee in the world and the smell of elegance.

Excellent experience from the collection at the airport to the return to the airport, everybody was extremely helpful and always pleasant and were focused on our needs. The references to Kaiserin Elizabeth throughout the hotel adds an element of historical relevance to a visit to Vienna. Very comfortable, extremely good breakfast buffet and quiet, well furnished room. Location is very central and perfect for exploring historical and imperial Vienna.

Everything about this property is good. Excellent location.Very helpfull staff. Tasty breakfast. My only criticism is that tea & coffee making facilities are not available in the standard rooms.

Great situation.Very convenient for walking to many tourist attractions and U bahn 2 minutes away.Good breakfasts.Nice big room.The only minus point in our room was the over the bath shower which was tricky to climb in to and quite slippery.This would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.The staff were friendly and efficient.

The mattress on my bed was in very poor condition. The front desk staff claimed they’d fixed a problem with the slats under the mattress. Didn’t fix the problem at all. I felt like I was in a pit. I ended up putting my head at the foot of the bed and this helped.

Uncrowded, smallish and quiet (we requested a back room) traditional Viennese styled and furnished hotel with modern amenities and attentive and very helpful Staff away just steps away from St. Stephens Square and the Underground, tram stops and many/shops/restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet, a large, quiet and beautifully furnished off-lobby lounge area and, in our room, an unusually large and well-equipped bathroom. Some of the corridor carpets show wear, and if that detail would trouble you, then look for a modern styled non-traditional hotel.

Loved this Hotel. It’s centrally located, the staff is friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms. The morning breakfast is excellent.

The staff and location of this hotel are highlights. Everything is close by and walkable. I highly recommend this hotel!

The bed was very small. Like a couch

The location was fantastic- just off the Stephansplatz and near the U-bahn. Close to the Opera. The price was good for the location. Breakfast was good to very good. The room was nice. It had a very slight musty odor but was clean.
