I was suposed to travel from Glasgow to London by train, but due to strike I took a bus. I arrived in London earlier than planned, but the staffs were tremendously helpful. It made my day after a long long bus trip. They were friendly and accomodating. Room is modern and have everything I needed. Definitely come back.
