Smelt of chips and grease .Barstaff unhelpful ,room was the only saviour .in very industrial area .

Grear valilue for money. Clean and comfy rooms. Good food and drink available on site. Close to public transport. Would reommend.

Cheap place to stay , no desk service after 10:30 PM ???

Food was poor, wine was a dribble for €2.50. Waiter never cleared plates even though we left 1.5 hours after visiting. Room was clean, water Luke warm both on arrival and in the morning 9am. Bar closes at 3,, re-opens at 7. No where close y to go. Staff friendly though. Would I stay again, unfortunately not.

We stayed overnight as our ferry back to the UK was midday. It's about a 10 minute drive to get to the Ferry port. Hotel had good size beds, nice hot showers and the food in the café was decent standard at a good price. We travelled with our dog who was allowed in the cafe, which was a bonus for us. There's a restaurant with an outside terrace which we didn't see or use as the weather wasn't good enough. Staff all friendly. Would certainly stay here again.

The welcome was good. The receptionist was friendly, quick and efficient. Plenty of free parking. Room overcrowded with an extra bed taking up most of the floor space. Superficially clean but bedside tables were very dusty and best not to look under the bed. Lovely hot shower. The area was very noisy at night. Breakfast was included and was a selection of 2 items from the counter. No vegetarian savoury but huge pastries, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Great value and convenient for the ferry.

Convenient for the ferry. Parking directly outside. Would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent service from the staff

The property was very nice,warm and clean. Brilliant shower. Lovely staff. A little far away from amenities but good bus service to and from santander.

We arrived late evening ...check in very fast , and have live music in the terrace resto ... Enjoy our last stay in Santander

Had a great time here after a day's travel before continuing our journey, relaxed atmosphere, food and room were really nice and comfortable, will definitely be staying again.

Best thing is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Still using too much plastic though (small plastic shampoo etc instead of big refillable bottles).Also food available for breakfast and dinner needs to be more modern ie. more vegetarian. On the plus side, the hotel is bery close to the airport.

Lovely little hotel - on the outskirts of Santander - that was used an overnight stay for the Santander-Plymouth ferry. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet (despite being next to a railway line and also on a main road) - and the prices are very competitive. The on-site restaurant is also very well priced and food of good quality.

Our stay was a last minute booking. The staff were polite and helpful and we had no problems during our short stay. Good value for money.
