We’ve stayed here the last 4 years when we visit Valencia. The staff are great and the hotel is very good value considering its location to metro, shopping and leisure activities.

The hotel staff is what makes this place! They were all awesome. It’s convenient to the bus station and easily walkable to most sites. The room could use an upgrade, desk on a wall without an outlet, no USB ports, furniture not in the best condition, and caulking in the bathroom horrible.

To be honest in all of my reviews I don't recall (too lazy to look) ever doing a review for a hotel. I felt it kind of necessary first, feeling like we really got lucky for the price-to-quality ratio and secondarily because we went through the great Spain power outage of April 2025 with an amazing staff that held it all together enabled in part by the fact the hotel has a back up generator First and foremost was the hospitality and care with which its director Jose' Antonio showed having just arrived one hour prior to the outage. Special notice needs to be mentioned is Randy in the restaurant along with a really gracious and kind David behind the bar and Paula a waitress and lastly but not least important is Barbara at the front desk......awesom The food and beverage manager (a title I have made up) named Laura was/is here both night and day and has been sure to greet us every day and evening. Located on a busy avenue with short walking distance to centre downtown the location is enhanced by its proximity to the once river bed now green belt whose section we were nearest called Park de Capcalera. This dry riverbed has now been turned into a public parkway inclusive of futbol pitches and baseball diamonds. My only drawback with the rooms is the lack of room refrigerators and limited access to ice as we are spoiled and somewhat entitled Americans. All in all I feel fortunate we stumbled on to this fine establishment. Enjoy!

Very good Hotel located near to the center

A few meters from the Turia gardens in walking distance to the Metro and either less than 10-20 minutes walking to the Old Town this hotels excellent service with English speaking staff that will do their utmost most to make your stay comfortable and happy. Spacious and clean rooms make you feel at home the moment you enter.

A well situated hotel right outside city center, great breakfast-buffet, kind staff, metro station within 100 m. Unfortunately there are only two elevators, meaning you can have to wait for some minutes in rush time.

The hotel itself was nice. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were only there for an overnight so didn’t spend a lot of time here but it didn’t seem to be near anything other than a mall. The area seemed a little dirty and maybe you didn’t want to go out alone at night. Beds were comfortable, room was adequate. Nothing special, nothing awful.
