Self catering apartment. Apartment was in the annex building which is at the back of the main hotel. Difficult finding in the dark as annex has a different name to main hotel! Apartment clean, had everything we needed. Kettle, toaster, hob and utensils for basic meals but ate out most nights. Pool freezing but was end of October. Ok once you’re in!! Very enjoyable stay

Had a wonderful stay at FERGUS Pineda Splash! The front desk staff were super friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of options for everyone. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Rooms are run down (flooring literally crumbling under foot and walls are mouldy). The place is full of people yelling and screaming until 1am (despite an aparant 11pm curfew), and the rooms are so poorly insulated you hear everything (inside and out). Reception staff lie to your face, then just stop answering your calls. The surrounding neigbourhood is narrow dirty streets that feels unsafe particularly at night.

We were in the apartments at the rear of the hotel they were nice and spacious and clean however the wardrobe and bathroom smelt of damp the wardrobe needs pulling away from the wall and doors left open during winter the bathroom had a bit of mould around the edges of shower not sure if that was causing the smell however it’s a small fix but needs addressing I ended up burning incense sticks pools lovely plenty of them unfortunately the main pool had massive queues 45 mins before it opened and in true Brit style people were running for the beds and some weren’t on them for most of the day plenty of choice of food have had better have had worse would stay again the resort isn’t the prettiest beachfront blocked by a train line and all looked a bit run down but if you were staying in the hotel it was fine. The good point about the railway line is the station had direct trains to Barcelona so perfect if you want to venture out all in all a good stay

Lovely my little boy enjoyed himself . Weather was his and miss but no fault of the hotels. Plenty to do onsite and my little boy loved the slides. Market in town on Fridays

The property was OK. Alot of exemptions for All inclusive so it isnt worth the extra money. The front desk staff was pretty pleasant but the bartenders specifically Mario and Mike were racist, rude, and downright offensive. I wouldnt stay here again.

The staff were fantastic I was worried before my stay after reading reviews on trip advisor about a few things such as food but we loved the food lots of variety good food for kids and always fresh I am an experienced traveller and travelled around the world on cruise ships and this hotel it great for families ignore the negative reviews also all inclusive range is really good along with the pools for the kids

Great entertainment team for all ages lovely rooms AI very good food selection not always hot though no different to a lot of AI hotels the drink ticket system I thought was strange but worked really well queuing for drinks was pretty good very relaxed vibe around the hotel with plenty of sun beds available the only watch out was the 2euro coin lockers in luggage storage you can only open it once then expected to put another 2euros in to lock it again this wasn’t very clear on the lockers but all in all a lovely break away and I would recommend it as a place to stay

Excellent family pools including Splash slides. They handled a full hotel well. Everything worked. Some initial problem on check-in but after insisting the Manager did resolve the problem very nicely. The lunch is too expensive in my opinion. Main courses good. Fresh fruit good. Wine by the glass comes out of a hose...not great that...maybe peopIe don't care. Over-all well-managed and good value.

Pools are great, hotel very clean. Plenty of lounge chairs to grab by the pool. We were all-inclusive. We enjoyed the food buffets and drinks. The drinks have limitations, but if you want something that isnt included, it is very cheap to purchase. Snacks were just leftovers from meals, and they need improvement. Rooms were clean. Beds were OK, need to upgrade the bedding. Walkable to beach and fun town area.
