This place was wonderful and located in a great area

The staff was terribly rude, the Manager in the day was absolutely mannerless and did not know how to treat guests. Very disrespectful and barged into my room multiple times and started yelling at me. I was a solo girl travelling and was treated extremely terribly for a mere issue of late checkout, which I was ready to pay extra for. Was threatened by the manager. Unacceptable behavior from a so called ‘4.5 star Hotel.’ They should be reported to the authorities.

And the pool is amazing.

Loved everything about the hotel. Alexandra from front desk was super helpful and always answered all of our questions with a smile. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Stayed at this property for 4 days last week. Really the experience was dampened by the hotel’s AC. We had a friend who was staying in another room and his room felt cold throughout the stay. Had to sleep without covers. We told the hotel staff about this twice. Finally the second time they kept a card to let the ac (try to) run throughout the day. This really didn’t work either. It was slightly cooler, but not like our other friend. So if you want to risk sweating while you sleep, you can try this hotel.

They really need to invest into their bedding and linens. Everything else was pretty good. Great location. Decent breakfast.

The hotel has a great location if you’re visiting ibiza looking to go to different clubs. It’s connected to swag ibiza and places like hi ibiza are a 10 minute walk away. It’s farther from some beach clubs like o beach but it pretty easy to get a taxi if you just walk outside. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet style and the food was okay. I did enjoy breakfast. It’s not really an all inclusive full resort if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall location is nice, you can walk to the beach as well , and staff was friendly enough. Walls are a little thin though!

The hotel was nice and clean, well kept and not rundown. I liked the breakfast buffet, it had alot of options. The room was very nice. The beach restaurant was great, lots of options and nice service / staff. Would definitely be staying here again.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Playa d’en Bossa. Lovely open spaces to sit and relax. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Great pool areas (large and small pools plus jacuzzi) and beach side restaurant. Dj playing nice chilled tunes throughout the day. Restaurant is well organised and big enough to cater for all without feeling like a canteen. Superior room are fantastic with beach views and larger balcony. Staff are super friendly and always helpful. Great location 10mins from airport and Old Town. Highly recommended.

View from apartment have the back of a neighborhood, which was not appealing at all.

Another great 1 night stay at this property to avoid long taxi queues after a fantastic night out in Bossa!

This hotel was fantastic. I wish i stayed in Ibiza longer to enjoy it more. I stayed here for two nights at the end of the May. Super easy check in process and buffet breakfast was included for the entire stay. The pool was also really nice and you are able to order food and drinks by the pool. When I was there there wasn't someone constantly walking around to take orders but every so often there was.The pool opens into the hotel restaurant and beach. The hotel does provide beach towels but no lounge chairs for the beach. I believe the beach chairs were run by a seperste company. Definitely check out the spa, I did the stone massage and it was great and affordable. The room was super clean and was as advertised. The beds were comfy and the balcony was huge, The bathroom was also super clean and spacious. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Staff here is amazing. Extremely friendly and very accomodating. Club music starts bumping by the pool area around 1PM. Clean facilities. 15 minutes from Old Town by car, or a 7 minute walk to Hï Ibiza and Ushuaia. Perfect location.

Good spot located next to the party spots and the ocean. Drinks at the bar were quite expensive and upon checkout they did not give back the $20 deposit to the which the excuse was unclear and ambiguous. Other than that it get the job done.

Amazing hotel great location and nice spa

My stay was pleasant the staff was amazing friendly except when we was leaving on the Thursday morning of the 18th the morning desk staff was not helpful in anyway just a lot of miss communication however the evening staff the blondes was great and very helpful throughout our stay my kids love it.

Lovely proprty and staff

This was our second stay at the Hotel Garbi. We have stayed in quite a few hotels in Playa D’en Bossa but this is one of our favourites. The staff in all areas are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and well appointed. We particularly like the Chill Garbi beach restaurant which has an excellent food and cocktail menu and is really good value compared to many other places in the area. They also have a DJ there most days. DJ Don Andrew is really good. The location is good as you can walk into Ibiza town easily. There is also a taxi tank very close by and frequent buses. We booked a standard side sea view room but were very pleased to find that we were given a room with a lovely view over the pool and with a full sea view so would like to thank the reception team for that. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone else thinking of booking.
