Everything is terrible, the pillow is awful and I have a headache. The bed mattress is hollow in the middle and can't even support 75kg. The toilet is very small, very, very small and you can't sit on it. The room is also full of dirt.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Comfortable distance from S-Bahn and from the main street. One of it's best perks is the staff. They helped us a lot with everything we asked for, very friendly and good-hearted. We kindly recommend this place.

Very good location, 15 minute walk away from the main station. Double room is a little cramped in the middle but the bathroom facilities are great. Quiet at night and despite not having any for myself the breakfast they offered looked reasonable too. Very decent value especially during the Euros.

Bit disappointed as the mini refrigerator was not working and no response when intimated...cool place, living n loving people especially a great lady at her old age....

The location and price were great for my needs. Perfect for a two night stay in Dusseldorf
