Very low budget hotel. You have to leave your key card every time you leave, but most people don’t seem to mind. No elevators and a bit older facilities. Good for those not looking to spend much time indoors and enjoy the city. It is in an EXCELLENT area - close to various tube lines, rail lines, & bus lines including National Express (which gets you to the airport) - So you can get elsewhere in the city & Hyde Park is nearby.

Fantastic location, on a quiet street 7 mins walk from Paddington Station with it’s large selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. Warm welcome at reception. Decor a bit tired, but the bedroom was smart. Shower could have done with a bit more of a clean, but the rest of the bathroom and room were clean. Very comfortable beds, and the room was surprisingly quiet despite its central location. Would definitely recommend as an affordable option to staying in London.

Well located hotel, super friendly staff and all in all a very pleasant experience. I would book Linden House again if I had to stay in London's Paddington area.

The bathroom was the tiniest we’ve ever seen. You could sit on the toilet, stick a leg in the shower and grab the sink all at the same time. The location was good, hotel was a little sketch, only gave us one key, for three, and kept the key when we went out for the day.

Good location but we were given a room in the basement and the stairs heading in to the basement stank. Room it self was fairly clean though bathroom/shower could have been a but cleaner.

The rooms and bathrooms are old and in desperate need for an upgrade. Coffee cups provided in the rooms were dirty. The cleaning staff were very helpful. The frontdesk was mixed. Location was great; close to tube, trains & buses. Very walkable with multiple restaurants & cafes nearby.

Great location near Paddington Station. An easy walk to Hyde Park and food. Easy check in and out.

The hotel was typical London hotel room as was small. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Quite hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and will stay again. Close to tube. Many fine restaurants and pubs near. Enjoyed my stay.

The small hotel is extremely convenient to Paddington station. We were able to get all over the city very conveniently. The rooms were a bit on the small side but we were hardly in them with all of our terrain around the city. The showers had amazing pressure and the beds were comfortable. The rooms have aircon, which can be rare in the UK. One evening did takeaway and realized we did not have cutlery and the desk manager was able to help us out.

Great for the price. WiFi wasn’t great (which you need for the TV) and the staff were mostly quiet but couldn’t be the location. Would stay here again.

No complaints great service and location

Location great, plenty of shops and places to eat. Close to the station. Staff were helpful and polite. Cleanliness was lacking, shower head was heavily scaled (doesn’t take much effort to descale a showerhead), bed sheets stained. We were on a trip to Wembley so it was just a place for us to get some sleep after a long day.

Clean pleasant hotel in a good location. Polite and friendly staff. The stairs were tough in thr heat but AC in the room was a bonus.

We were given a room in the basement of the hotel. Could have been worse, but the pillow case had someone else's hair on it. When returned to the desk, there was no apologies offered. The shower head was broken and wouldn't lift up and down, so you had to hold and use as a wand. It was a convenient location.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND MISLEADING EXPERIENCE. The property looked nothing like the photos shown on Expedia. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the listing did not accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel. The space felt poorly maintained, unclean, and far below expectations. The handling by the reception staff made the situation even worse. We were told we would be shown a room similar to what was advertised, but instead we were taken up several extremely narrow stairs to a very small and unacceptable space that looked nothing like the listing photos. The entire experience felt misleading and unprofessional. When concerns were raised, the response was dismissive and no meaningful resolution was offered. This caused significant inconvenience during our trip and completely ruined our confidence in the property. Expedia should seriously review this listing, as the photos and description do not accurately reflect the actual guest experience. We checked out immediately and were given no refund. I wonder if Expedia really checks listings! U can read reviews of this place on Google or any other site they even have BED BUGS! Thank god we left in 10 minutes although we lost our money. This place isn’t cheap with its pricing we literally checked out and booked a 5 star in the almost same cost! This place really needs to be reviewed by EXPEDIA its partly their onus!
