Room carpet was wet and smelled moldy very bad. No reception at all when I was there.

Showed the hotel in pictures but we stayed the other side of the building and dirty sheets and cockroaches in the toilet staff was very nice and accommodating but I need compensation of my stay couldn’t sleep for 2 days because of cockroaches I will upload the pictures

We were contacted during the afternoon so as to provide the access code and that all worked perfectly. The room was clean and the bathroom modern. A towel hook would have been welcome on the door though.

Convenient location, clean. But bright street lights and only a roller blind on the window, meant it was too light to sleep.

Great hotel in the middle of the Rainforest with easy to access tours and a nice swimming pool area
