The hotel is nice, but the first night they forgot to turn AC on

The property was clean and well appointed. A communication issue with the parking presented an issue which we didn’t think was handled well. Other than that a pleasant stay

It was amazing as usual! Best location in the city, but quiet; good breakfast.

Great location, great service, comfortable bed

The property was clean but needed better access - several sets of stairs carrying luggage is not fun. Need better quality pillows. A/C clanged & banged all night. Shower was super tiny, you could barely turn around in it.

Stayed at the height of lockdown so couldn't really take in the sights and sounds of Cognac. Literally only allowed in the room and that included eating and drinking. However, we were greeted so well and extremely well looked after with food and drink being delivered to the room

Polite staff but my superior room was tired and in need of an update. The room was filled with a very large bed for French standard AND an additional single bed, leaving no space to move around. Oddly, there were also two chairs under the desk, taking further space. The mattress was too soft; so much so that you could slide in the middle. Bathroom was clean, but again, tired. Very weak water pressure.

Great location with private parking or public parking slope by. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance so no driving necessary. Bathroom a little dated but love fluffy towels and spotlessly clean

This hotel is a good value. The room was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast. The thermostat didn’t work which could be very hot in the summer.
