The staff is so nice, and it’s a great location, I will definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff, great lobby and check in. Price was right but going 4/5 as the rooms need some love. Old, stained carpets and old stained wall paper. Room was well cleaned otherwise and bathroom was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was priced under a lot of other options we saw

We stayed in a family room with the mezzanine floor (2 adults and 3 children) which was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a little limited in choice but nice quality and the service was again excellent. The hotel is easily walkable to the beautiful old part of town where there are many choices for dining. The only downsides - we didn’t know to reserve parking and it was full but we were lucky to get a free space outside. Street parking was busy when we stayed though so this could have been tricky! Water pressure in the bathroom was also on the low side, so allow extra time for showering/washing hair. Overall, a good stay. Perfect base for our overnight stopover in Colmar.

Easy walk into Colmar. Very French. Warm and pleasant atmosphere.

It's not central to the old town area, but it's a very reasonable walk to get there. No complaints at all.

Ideal location to walk into Colmar (500m to pedestrian area) the hotel is a bit tired and the website says free bikes which is NOT the case. Breakfast expensive - no air conditioning which in summer is a problem and our room would not be suitable for anybody who has mobility issues it would be impossible to use the shower since this is over the bath and the bath side walls are very high. No team or coffee making facilities in room

Modern hotel only 10 min walk from the city center. We had a lovely room with a balcony that had everything we needed. Breakfast buffet not included, €12 you can get a decent breakfast but don't expect many savory options.

It was ok. Very classy check in area and great secured parking for a price. The room we had was a family room with one bed down and one bed up in a loft. It really could use some updating. For as classy as the reception and dining area was, the room looked so outdated and like a cabin almost. It was in a busy area with lots of traffic. We were there to visit the downtown area and had to walk about 10 minutes across multiple crosswalks in very busy traffic. It's definitely outside the touristy area if you are going for that reason. But, it's within walking distance. It's not a bad hotel, just needs some updating. There is no air conditioning. Heat rises to the loft and my kids stripped their clothes off during the night to cool off more. Couldn't leave the window open because of the traffic noise and we are light sleepers. Receptionist was very kind and friendly.

My booking was NOT registret via Experia when we arrived, but the lady in the reception help us straight away and made sure we had our room and a discount on the breakfast for the convenient. A nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Good value for the money.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Our room was small, but very comfortable and clean- we didn't need much other than that! The hotel is about a fifteen minute walk from Old Town, and the walk was pleasant and picturesque. We would very much come to this hotel again!

Good location, just five minutes walk from the town. Room was good size and clean - comfy bed. Didn't have breakfast or dinner in the hotel so can't comment on the food but the restaurant was always busy and the food looked good!
