Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and generally clean, occasionally had to ask for towels and amenities. Free coffee 24hrs at the reception area. Perfect location and very convenient to move around!

Wonderful staff especially Quentin. Rooms were clean and beds neatly done. Breakfast is good of cold buffet selection. Opposite the road was victor Hugo market with lovely selection of foods. Unfortunately they only open 7-2.

Leopoldine was very helpful and kind.

The hotel's location is great. It is opposite the indoor market and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, that also meant that there was a lot of outside noise at night (probably as it was a Saturday night!), but the location definitely outweighed the negatives for me.

I am glad to have stayed at HOTEL OURS BLANC. Clean, simple but most importantly super service from the front desk team! I loved the breakfast! THANK et MERCI for a great stay! I WILL BE BACK <3

Two electric cables where hanging out of the wall in the bathroom, out of the connector, therefore could have been live...very odd!

Very pleasant, relatively basic, but very clean, hotel right in the centre of Toulouse, opposite the main market...which has some great restaurants on its roof area. The receptionist could not have been more helpful or professional literally a few meters from a fantastic range of restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.

This hotel is in a great location. Note: you can be sure that they will collect the cost of the room on your check out and not before. I have certainly been caught. Many times if you book "pay at the property" this is not the case on Hotels.com. The property can in fact charge you in advance and not at the property. Beware of this! I recommend this hotel.

Although it doesn't have the basic necessity such as boiler to prepare hot drinks, the room was clean and well kept.

Great location in the city centre,close to the airport shuttle stop, next to the shopping area and 10 mins from the train station. Great staff. The room was essential and old looking, the carpet might need a refresh or better cleaning but otherwise the room was silent at night and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely be back.

In general, the hotel is good, and the room is comfortable. The breakfast are OK for me!

The hotel they need refurbishment especially the rooms and the carpets. the breakfast was excellent.

The room was a little dated and worn but generally okay, although not great value. However there is a bar downstairs that played loud music, with fairly noisy patrons, until 2.00am - which wasn't great if you were trying to sleep.
