The main location foto on this site app & others as well *IS NOT THE ACTUAL LOCATION*. The ad pic suggests the hotel is riverside; it is actually across from the train station. That said, the staff is great, although the rooms are underequipped: limited outets, barely-supplied bathrooms, minimal coffee service, etc.

Friendly staff, great location by 10 minutes walk to the city's landmarks, 100 meters from train station and 15 minutes walk to the bus station Albi Gare Routieres, easy to connect with other cities like Castres, Cordes Sur Ciel. Great for families, friends or couples looking for getaways in the South of France.

The hotel is very well isolated from the exterior, but the isolation is almost in existent between rooms. Wake up at 6 morning because of a neighbor taking a shower!

It was clean, cute, and simple. You will like this hotel and its location.

We have travelled for medically and treatment. Hotel is a good location and staff very helpfull. Food is good and we shall be booking again next month

The service could not have been better. Also, The restaurant La Goulu was a treat. Breakfast is quite nice and more than a simple continental buffet. Would definitely stay there again. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel. En plus, le restaurant La Goulu était très bon et la nourriture était bien préparée. Le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux et très bon. J’y resterai facilement si on reviens sur Albi.

Great hotel and restaurant, parking is difficult, but free.

Great hotel, staff was so very helpful, especially Rachidi (spelling?). Clean, coffee and tea in the room. Quiet. I would recommend it highly. Price great, too. Walking distance to Albi was maybe 15 minutes. The Tourist office is the first stop, helpful on directions for transportation to Chateau du Bosc using a blabla car after the Toulouse-Laurtrec musee and Cathedrale in Albi. A wonderful town and a very good hotel.

I had to switch rooms due to faulty AC Got moved to a tiny room with no deadlock AC did work however Staff were very helpful and friendly

Hotel was 15 minute walk from old town, next to Railroad station where you can park free.

Albi was a very interesting city and not well publicized.

1st time to Albi and what a surprise. So much to see and do, we were there 4 days and could have doubled that.

Friendly, helpful service, quality breakfast items and good location for visiting old city.

This was a 5 star hotel at 3 star price. We loved how spacious, lovely, clean our room was. It had more amenities than all the budget hotel we had frequented, including an electric water kettle and facial tissue. We got free parking right outside the hotel and walked just a short way to the attractions, shops and restaurants. The train station was right across the street.
