The Hotel is a charming and eccentric hotel, very well located and impeccably clean. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and overall the experience was very positive. The only downside was the Comfort Room, which is located next to the reception and lobby, resulting in limited privacy. I would not recommend this room category. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I would recommend.

Air conditioning not working until May, breakfast expensive €21 for basics. Tried to charge €130 upon leaving for extras. We had paid as we went each day. Took some time to get them to accept we had no charges. Boudoir you leave window open as train tracks are close by.

The staff was incredible.. friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel was very clean and in a great area, 2 minute walk to the sea and a 10 minute walk to old Cannes.

At the far end of the Croisette this gem of a hotel was a perfect place for a quick trip

A little gem here in Cannes complete with pool & jacuzzi. Grest breakfast and friendly. Very clean. Centrally located.

Great location, easy parking, lovely private little hotel in the heart of Cannes.

Room was spacious and very clean with daily service. Property located within walking distance to the sea front and city centre. Only slight issue was that the room walls seem thin are not very sound proof, you can hear the neighbours when in the room

Staff were friendly and room was available earlier than expected. Communications before the trip as we needed one room to be a twin were easy and quick. Nothing that that hotel can control but by the afternoon, most of the sun loungers are in the shade (August). Bonus - the products in the room are L'Occitane, and they even provide conditioner! Pretty quiet location until a train goes by but you soon get used to the infrequent passing. There are two supermarkets near by for supplies too, and it's a short walk to the promenade.

Everything was good, unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours and the sounds travelled very easily. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great.

Nice stay at the hotel. Staff are friendly, room is comfortable albeit a bit small, pool area is nice, and location is about a 15 minute walk to the main area.

Location was great for exploring Cannes. Our room was excellent with views out to sea, size of room, cleanliness and amenaties all excellent. Service and breakfast great too. Only negative is that it's opposite a train line, though this didn't negatively impact our stay. Free street parking was a bonus.

Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable room. Easy walk to the park and shoreline, little bit longer to the center of town. Free self parking. Highly recommend .

Great location, a couple of minutes from the seaside, 10min walk to train station and bus stop, it is probably less if you are a fast walker :) Pleasent staff, always smiling and happy to help you if you need help with anything. The room was very clean and was a good size. We didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool neither check it out as we stayed only for a night. I would definitely stay there again if I revisit Cannes.
