The hotel was fine, service from staff was excellent, but our room was in the roof section of the third floor, and with the heatwave it was impossibly hot all night. Even with the skylights open and the two fans on. The room really needs air-conditioning.

The hotel was clean and the check in and room were both good. Thé problem was we were told that we were the only guests in the 33 room hotel over 4 floors and the hotel would be locked at 11pm. Normally this wouldn’t have been a problem but we were informed there was no night duty staff. As we were on the second floor and being the only residents in such a large building was very disconcerting and I shudder to think of what would have happened if there was a fire or break in. The corridors switches were on a timer which is fine if there’s a switch outside your door but had there been an emergency it was pitch black and you would be hard pressed to find a switch. In case of fire obviously the lift shouldn’t be used but as was so dark I defy anyone being able to exit via the circular staircase. We decided against breakfast as we were told that someone was coming in especially just to cook for us. All in all it just wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

Positives- comfortable room/ bed, good shower, gym, underground parking, easy 15 min walk to centre of town Less good - room was long, skinny and with a sofa bed taking up most of the floor space, 1st floor looking into unattractive courtyard so dark but quiet! It seems very popular with families so young children everywhere!

Loved this Hotel. They love Bicycles and gave us a safe place to store them. The room was perfect for us, as we needed to be able to spread out a bit. We also got their breakfast which was GREAT! Thank You for a wonderful stay!

Parking for this hotel is in a public car park. At reception you can get a car park ticket to enter the car park with 15 hours free parking. You can park longer but when you leave at the car park exit barriers you will be asked to pay for your longer stay. There is a card machine to do this. These details are not clear in the hotel details or when you ask at reception

Hotel is nice, with pleasant breakfast, but the rooms have limited facilities, no kettle or coffee making, worst no air con , there is fan, little use with a 38*c temps. The shower is tiny. Street parking which is free Easy walk into town

While not right in the action, it is a 15 minute walk to the City Center. The best thing about this hotel is that it has a nice courtyard to enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine. After walking to the main square for dinner, we hung out in the yard with a bottle of wine. Rooms were clean enough and the bathroom was pretty spacious.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of old town and Joan of Arc statue in Orleans. Staff was very welcoming. Off-site parking was 2 blocks away and easy to access.

We did not have reservations and were glad to have found a family room available for all 4 adults. Very clean, comfortable beddings, warm room. Breakfast is standard. Street parking in residential neighborhood is free. Restaurants that close late are walking distance. Breakfast area overlooks a lovely interior garden. Wifi worked well.

Its ok for short stay! Nothing wow about it. Breakfast really basic not for 3* hotel
