Lovely location

Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel was immaculate and luxurious and could not ask for a better position minutes from the old town. Room fabulous but no daily bottle of water which we would expect from a 5* hotel. Minor disappointment was the lack of sun beds which meant we could not use the pool only once so went to the beach most days. Breakfast ran out of items and orange juice for the first few days of our stay but overall the hotel is beautiful with the perfect location.

A very beautiful hotel with comfortable bed and excellent variety of breakfast choices. The staff were helpful and friendly and there was entertainment provided. A really nice swimming pool which didn’t get too busy. The dinner at the hotel was fine dining and superb. Within a short walking distance was the Old Town. I would recommend this hotel without reservation.

Great location, within walking distance to the walled old town and the windmills; nice buffet breakfast with friendly staff; it was a relief to have the pool in the hot weather.

Close to old town so good for exploring. Comfortable room. Friendly and hospitable staff. Was a bit of a shortage of sun loungers at the poolside but it was mid July so busy.

The fruit had flies all over it in the morning for breakfast. A fan would have helped. The carpeting in the room was stained and there was no place to hang a wet bathing suit. The rooftop bar was wonderful and the people were very accommodating.

Attention to detail was very good. The pool and area around it was actively managed in an appropriate way by the lifeguard. Booming music from Estrella cafe over the road until 9 some nights was annoying.

The receptionist did not offer any help, not even providing water or milk for our baby, making it clear that the hotel is not family-friendly. The room was extremely small and felt cramped. The entire hotel is outdated, with old furniture that needs replacing. The quality of service was subpar, with housekeeping inconsistent and slow to respond to requests. Overall, this hotel should be classified as a 3-star establishment. It fell far below my expectations and did not offer the comfort or service I anticipated. I would not recommend it for families or anyone seeking a pleasant stay.

This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Rhodes. Not only are the hotel's location and amenities extraordinary, what really makes this the best place to stay are the people. From the gentlemen who meet you when you first arrive, the helpful front desk team, the genuine care extends to the housekeeping staff, the people who make the dining experiences the best. The team who make the pool experience relaxing and manage the dining experience throughout your stay are exceptional. If going to to Rhodes, this should be your place to stay and a base for you explore the island.

Excellent hotel which is very convenient for Rhodes Old Town. It has everything you would expect from a hotel of this quality but it is the calibre and friendliness of all the staff that makes it really stand out. This a gem of a hotel which I would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel. Location 10 minutes walk from the Old Town of Rhodes. Welcome drink on arrival. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Requested change of pillows as need a firm pillow, this was done with no fuss. Lovely view of the old town walls from the balcony of the room. Very atmospheric. Staff very helpful and friendly in the pool bar, the breakfast service and reception. Reception staff helped with booking of tours and taxis. As requested. Had a very good lunch by the pool. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the old town so plenty of choice. The archeological museum is very interesting and you can get a ticket which also admits you to 3 more buildings within the Old Town. We took a coach to Lindos to see the acropolis. Would suggest you read about visiting before going as it can be very busy at times and there is a steep climb with around 250 steps. We would certainly return to Rhodes and definitely book the same hotel again.

We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful hotel in walking distance from Old Town. We can’t praise the staff enough, they were very friendly, efficient and took care of everything we asked them. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rhodes town this is the place.
