Passable for a brief stay but single room was cramped and whilst not dirty didn’t feel completely clean nor did the bathroom. Location not convenient at all especially as taxis are expensive in Milan. Didn’t get a chance to explore area around the hotel but didn’t seem much going on. Staff were helpful and polite. Not a terrible place at all and as o said it’s ok for a night or two at most.

It was a nice place to stay the night although it can get a little noisy outside the hotel. The AC didn’t work but that wasn’t a huge problem.

5 min walk from metro... 15 mins from centeal station.... room ha everything i needed and was clean..... would deffo use this hotel again.....

For 2 two nights we stayed in this hotel, didnt change the beddings even some marks of stained on it. Noisy on the other room . Smell cigarette in our room ,not sure where the smell coming from.

This hotel is very old. There is no phone in the room so you will need to go down to the reception each time you need something. They are very helpful and will provide the necessities if you ask. However, certain items such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer should already be in the room without the need to ask. We stayed for one night and couldn't wait to leave.

We checked in late after a long train ride, subway ride, and walk with luggage. The check-in person wanted to keep our passports until checkout the following morning which was odd and we refused. He took a picture with his cell phone. The room itself was okay. We booked three beds. The shower was leaking right out of the wall and there was no hot water. It was right off the reception desk and we heard the phone ringing and people coming in all night. It was for one night sleeping but I wouldn't stay here again.

Though it has excellent location, with basic amenities missing like lift it is not comfortable for business traveller

Great stay. Not luxurious hotel, but comfortable and clean. Staff are very nice and the hotel is ~8 min walk from subway. The area is just a little run-down but I felt safe. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a affordable stay.

This is the worst hotel I have been, dirty, smelly noisy no elevetor. This hotel is not better than a shelter.

We had to move from the Milano hostel (would NOT reccomend) and hotel Sara was amazing, decent size rooms beautiful area, the only downfall was how small the showers were but not an issue, Thankyou hotel Sara!

Had a dirty blood stained bed cover and a cold room was informed that the heating wasn't on till 6pm because it was on a control. The breakfast was mediocre the croissants were stale and obviously a few days old. Would not suggest you stay here ☹️

I would not recommend it. Staff in not friendly. No heat during the day. They have the heat on a timer that gives you heat on and off from 7pm through 6am. I had a discussion with the clerk regarding heat because my kids and wife were cold and they would not provide any heat during the first morning we woke up. No real breakfast. In my opinion it should not be listed in Hotels.com. We stayed on the first floor, but still had to climb stairs to get there. I did not see any elevator.

5 min walk from Metro M1&2 station, street parking was super easy at apprx 5 Euro per day during weekday, and my room was clean and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. I would stay here again. Oh also, one of the best cappuccino I've had at free breakfast!

for a two stars hotel...i think it is a very good option to take for a short period when traveling as a tourist. Positive: -high speed free wifi -close to loreto metro station -close to Buenos Aires street -quiet area Negative: -small rooms -very small toilet -poor breakfast

We weren't expecting a palace when booking this hotel, but would say it's nothing special, but ok for a cheap hotel just outside of the main centre. We had a small back-room, it was clean but basic. The shower was tiny, you could just about turn round in it, but it was powerful and hot. The air-con didnt work, there's no tea/coffee making facilities, but they did supply soap and shampoo. Breakfast was basic, coffee, tea, coissants, fruit juice, jams, small packs of crispbreads. It was more than 10 mins walk from Centrale Train Station, and not easy to find from the nearest subway station. Fairly quiet location and friendly staff.
