Could have offered some more hot food variety. Staff friendly and helpful Room had a drain smell when first arrived. We put the sign out for house keeping but sign was ignored. Upon returning to hotel had to go and advise reception and get some items required.

Good staff Clean comfortable room

Room looked a little tired but was fine for somewhere to sleep for a couple of nights. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was right by a busy loud road noise coming from upstairs plumbing the room was small the area are night didn't feel safe

Staff very courteous and room very clean and comfortable. Slept well.

Wonderful front desk staff even though apparently it was their busiest weekend of the year. An easy walk to the train station. Great breakfast buffet.

Overall a comfortable stay Some elements of the hotel are great, some are a bit dated and in need of an uplift. Breakfast was okay, a bit limited but fine for a couple of days. Location is good, close to the centre but a bit quieter. Comfortable bed, good size room. Noise from the stairwell at night was an issue. An issue at breakfast when we went down just after 9 with no hot food being available and having been stopped even though breakfast finished at 9:30. Luckily a member of staff cooked some for us, we just had a bit of a wait for it. Overall a good stay for a city break

My second visit here and I hope to return. Highly recommend.

The hotel is qalking distance from the train station and shopping centre. The rooms is small but has a kettle and teas that you can use. It does need a good paint job and modernising. Thecarpet in the corridor needs a good clean and walls need painting. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Nice breakfast, but small bathroom

Not much immediately around the hotel (bars etc) and the bar had no wine (really?) and limited beer. Emily was superb though

There was no AC and if you opened the window that simply invited in dozens of mosquitoes in the room. It was pretty pricey for what we got.

It was a long way from the city centrevwith no pubblic transport option

My room was unclean when I arrived--there was food and trash on the floor and one of the towels was visibly filthy, though the bed and all other aspects appeared to have been made up and cleaned. I would have overlooked this, but in addition, the hotel staff was wholly unhelpful when I required breast milk storage--after 1 day they told me they couldn't store any more, and did not offer any alternatives, suggestions, or even allow me to check out and receive a refund for the remainder of my trip.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Hotel a good 20 minutes from the centre in a more residential area with nothing else around. No tourist information leaflets available in the hotel. Rpms are quite small and the bathrooms are even smaller with the hot water extremely hot, shower very small. Breakfast was quite poor with items running out and staff having to be asked to refill items and then being told there is nothing left to refill the missing items - this was not acceptable.
