Great property

No WiFi in room. Staff is not helpful, ignores complains.

The room was spacious even with 2 twins and a double. Very clean (except for mildew around the inside edge of the shower), hooks and a spot to sit and put shoes on at the entry and cabinet & drawers for longer stays. We were there for only one night. Staff was very helpful and gave us a bottle of water each and breakfast was included. Continental with a dedicated staff member to make fresh coffee and espressos. Quiet area despite being 4 miles from the airport.

If you have big car , parking space is tight.

Our room filled with cigarette smoke in the middle of the night waking us both up. They advertised airport shuttle, which was one of the reasons we booked there, and yet none was provided. No restaurant options in the area with in reasonable walking distance. Pictures on the website are not at all representative of the rooms or the facility. Would not recommend.

Not able to control AC and there was mold in the ceiling.

I chose the hotel because it was 10mins from Naples airport & I had a 5am start. But it was in a poor area and no wifi connection in my room. No shower caps etc

Looks close to airport on map but is an hour's walk with no viable public transport. Taxis arranged by hotel are extortionate, 11min drive was €40 for me and €50 euros for my parents who were on a later flight. Staff were rude, room was cramped and unclean, surroundings are unpleasant. Would not recommend.

The hotel is not near Airport, the beds are like hammock and breakfast is scarce and the air conditioned outled very dirty

The hotel is actually the best looking building around. It’s nice and clean and the staff is great.

Excelent nice stuff

I can always depend on the staff of the Luxor to be good hosts when we r leaving Naples. I have been here many times and have brought guests as well as recommended it to many friends. Clean. Close to airport. They have a relationship with a FABULOUS seafood/pizza ristorante (with fair prices) that picks u up and brings u back, free. We do not walk about the area. Nothing of note to see. We have used their parking before dropping off rental cars at the airport.

Hate Luxor is not an airport hotel and not one for families. There are no real dining options nearby and the hotel itself may be used for “hourly customers”. The big one is the extra charge for taxis though. It cost us 40 Euro to drive 8 mins to the airport, as technically the hotel is outside the Naples border. If you want an airport hotel, pay more for one right by the airport - it will work out cheaper and more convenient in the wash up.

The property is not near to any facilities airport to the property is€40 at least and from the property to train station is €40. The staff extremely nice, that is the only plus
