The hotel is located very convenient for the rail station and shopping centre. The port and yacht harbour are a 20 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket just around the corner. The room was large and comfortable. There was a little road noise, also some fellow guest noise through the inter-connecting door. The breakfast was good, with fried eggs and bacon offered and enjoyed.

It was my first visit to Ferrol. The hotel location was fine, parking nearby was expensive and a bit too far to carry much luggage. Breakfast was great, the room was a little outdated but the bathroom was renovated. Unfortunate that the upstairs guest were noisy but hotels issue.

Hotel is depressing hotel. Will never use it again

Overall ok but but couple of things need to be said. The images shown on Hotels.com are nothing like the actual room. I've booked a standard room, all images show superior rooms. In fact, one image is not even their hotel. Was disappointed with standard room, so upgraded to superior and had to pay extra. Also, I'd expect any hotel in Europe to have english speaking staff at the reception, which wasn't the case and made things a bit difficult.

Carris hotels are consistently well appointed and staffed. Ferrol Almirante is no exception. Hotel is close to the rail station - best way to arrive in this port city. Great seafood at any of the bars and restaurants along the pedestrian walk through the city. Hotel is a good value. I've stayed here before, so a return visit says something about the location.

Great location, next to shops and restaurants, public free parking only a few steps away, great customer service, great room service. Everything was all around a very comfortable stay. Dislike the bed, a bit old, springs of the bed noisy, and the room is definetly not noise proof, but the only noise was from guest rolling the luggage accross the hall. Other than that no noise what so ever.

Used as an overnight stop prior to commencing Camino Ingles. Cental location

Stayed here on business. Excellent service and a clean comfortable room. My Spanish sucks but everyone worked very hard to provide whatever I needed. Lots of places nearby to find food and drink.

En general todo bien.

Reservamos para dos días y al final nos quedamos cinco días, el trato ha sido excelente tanto personal de recepción, como el de cafetería y limpieza de habitaciones, nos hemos sentido muy a gusto

El hotel se encuentra en zona peatonal, pero se puede aparcar gratis en un gran aparcamiento a 3' andando. Desayuno buffet completo y personal amable. La habitación muy amplia y dispone de una máquina elíptica, te lo ponen fácil para hacer ejercicio durante las vacaciones :P

El hotel es justito, solicitamos cambio de habitación ya que el colchón de muelles estaba penoso, no se podía descansar. Fueron muy amables y nos cambiaron a una habitación superior sin costó, dónde el colchón, también de muelles, estaba aceptable. Punto fuerte: atención del perdonal y situación. Punto a mejorar: necesita reforma.

Hotel muy céntrico, tranquilo y limpio, recomendable al 100%

Un hotel de 4 estrellas no debe tener en su repertorio de habitaciones, habitaciones con un velux como único hueco de ventilación.
