Hotel was clean, fresh and couldn't fault that side of it, staff at poolside bar, breakfast all good. The issue i had was the safety deposit box was closed on arrival so i asked reception 3 times and one of the chambermaids to reset to open vs the last people that used it. We then also was told we would have water on arrival, and we didnt and again i asked for it. We then found out that one of balcony doors didnt lock, again asked with the safe & water. We stayed four nights and none of the requests happened. However we ordered food at the bar, i didnt get a receipt to check and I have phone calls, asking me at breakfast the next day to sign for it. I wouldnt mind it was only for 10 Euros.

Usually stay at the 30 degrees - welcome change up on the hill. Lovely pool and bar area overlooking the town. Rooms are small but come with kettle and large fridge.

Lovely clean hotel. Poolside needs a bit of tlc. Staff not so friendly and very slow

Very nice hotel, lovely pool area, easy location to the harbour with a great selection of bars and restaurants.

Lovely hotel in an elevated location,up a hill,15 mins walk to Puerto de Mazarron, Nice size room,lovely garden and pool area,very laid back feel.

Overall very good but a few little issues and attention to detail in some areas lacking, however will return.

Hotel ideally situated for town access and only ten minutes to beaches. Staff helpful and freindly. Breakfast a must.

Room clean, bad sleep due to security/smoke alarm light being so bright, room really warm unable to control. Pool bar not open.

Nice clean friendly hotel

Very good accommodation in a perfect location. Helpful and welcoming staff provided an enjoyable stay. The range of great food available for breakfast was one of best I’ve found anywhere, but the hot food selection was cold due to inefficient steam heating. A relatively low cost investment in heat lamps to keep the food hot would make such a difference.

I stay at this hotel on two occasions twice a year. The accommodation is good but the female receptionist on checkin was not very helpful. I asked for some extra milk or cream for coffee and she pulled a face. I know times are hard but just one request but these would appear to be too much for her. However a pleasant stay at this hotel as always.

Great hotel with fantastic views. Really enjoyed the stay and the town is very good fun. Street parking is free, safe and easy

Quite noisy, room not as expected. We are not disabled. No balcony access. Very hilly but views were amazing. Staff in dining room and bar were amazing friedly, welcoming and happy. Hotel look is stunning. We did eat local but the wslk back up steep hills were a challenge

Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Friendly, welcoming staff. Hotel and grounds clearly well maintained. Would happily stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful view. The only issue I would say is that they need to sort out the restaurant. The food is not good and if you haven’t reserved a table and want to just get a snack it is very hit and miss as to whether you actually manage to get anything. We only ate a couple of times here during the day but the food wasn’t cooked properly so had to send it back.

Second time to stay at this hotel. Pool and gardens are lovely. Pool bar, staff are friendly. 10 mins walk to centre. Walking uphill back from town centre can be difficult in the heat.

No room available at checking time .But after a couple of hours waiting around we got a upgraded room ,the staff on reception were very polite and professional and apologetic about the rooms not being ready.we had a pleasant stay and liked the hotel the only thing letting it down was the the restaurant it looked lovely but in our 3 night stay it wasn't open or if it was there was no staff about when we walked round it and no menu on display,only a qcode in the room that both our phones wouldn't download.
