Terrible toilet location, unable to sit on pan comfortably due to insufficient space in front.

lack of parking, lack of possibility to charge EV cars, electrical construction ongoing, naked wires left without any protection, risk of damage by the customer or children, small room size, poor communication in English by the hotel staff

Once we had booked in the staff were very good. The restaurant was more than adequate with excellent food. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The shower was superb, but using the toilet you had to be a contortionist. On the negative side, the hotel is tired and needs at least painting.

A nice place to stop, but could do with hotel parking, though the municipal car park is available and cheap. Watch you don't leave the car overnight before the local market, as we did. We found the car next morning in the middle of the stalls! Also, I'm a bit concerned that we may not have yet paid for it. I'd assumed we'd paid on booking, and there was no one around when we checked out.

Recommend to anyone. Good value. Staff speak English and helped organise my transport. Good place to watch Oyonnax folk sipping coffees.

Bon hôtel et bon restaurant, petit déjeuner avec buffet sucré et salé. Personnel sympa, agréable et pro. Au cœur d’Oyonnax, proche de la Gare et d’un grand parking. J’y vais régulièrement, je recommande

Petit déjeuner peu garni. Plus de cuillères. Céréales de supermarché. Pas de pâte a tartiner. Pas beaucoup de choix.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour la salle de sport, aucun appareil que j'ai voulu utilisé était en état de fonctionnement. Si vous y aller pour dormir c'est un bon hôtel.

Magnifique séjour , il y a un ascenseur pour ceux qui n'aiment pas les escaliers mdr. Je reviendrai Merci infiniment pour votre accueil. Très professionnelle.

Un peu limite pour un 3 étoiles ...

Albergo modesto. Camere molto piccole e bagno con la muffa sul soffitto e capelli nella doccia.

Pas mal pour un court sejour, chambre un peu petite, salle de bain plutôt sombre, et difficile de se garer gratuitement parking payant a cote sinon l autre est a 5 min de marche. Quartier plutot bruyant des jeunes squatte derriere l hotel. La clim fonctionne bien et salle de sport pas trop mal pour un hotel.
