Friendly staff. Good parking once you negotiate the tight entrance. Well located for the old town. Nice bar but limited food available. Good value.

Great value for money hotel close to the centre of Tours so easy walking to restaurants and bars. Second time staying here and just as good as last year

The rooms are tiny. I booked a superior room thinking it will be spacious and there is barely any room to move in there. The bathroom is like a cupboard and the shower is tiny. Stains everywhere and a bad smell. These rooms are in desparate need of renovation, uncomfortable mattresses and old pillows with yellow stains inside. Towels are dried up and probably years old. Carpets disgusting and stained. Awful experience there is nothing superior about these rooms. This is more like a 1 star hotel.

Great value in the city centre with excellent restaurant choices nearby and the breakfast was very good optoon.

Ideal location near centre ville and on a main bus line. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The dinning room was stuffy and too warm as were the hallways. The room was quiet but we found the bed only firm in the middle.

Excellent hotel in a great location

The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was worth the add-on. The front desk and cleaning staff were all very pleasant and helpful as well! It's located in a great spot for access to transit or a quick walk to a plethora of good restaurants, and it's not far at all from the train station.

Excellent budget end hotel. Would stay again next time we are in Tours. Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good and fresh.
