Centrally located, provided everything we needed.

Very good location and very friendly front deck staff, check in went very smoothly and quickly, gave us clear directions to the local major attractions as well.

This is such a lovely little hotel with a charming style, perfectly positioned right in the centre of the city. So convenient for everything! We slept perfectly, ideal location, great value. We'll definitely stay again.

Hotel was so convenient to touring Reims. Staff was helpful with things we didn’t understand. Parking in the suggested parking lot worked out perfect and very easy once we understood how it worked. Perfect location for our first night in France and dealing with jet lag. Nice restaurants right out your door.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even allowed us to drop off our baggage early before check-in, which we really appreciated. ​While the room was clean, it does need some attention. There were noticeable beverage stains on the walls opposite the beds, and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. The room lighting also needs a rethink: there are no diffusers on the bulbs, making them uncomfortably bright, and the master switch controls everything, meaning it’s a "lights all on or all off" situation. Lastly, the in-room safe required a physical key that was not provided. ​A good stay overall, but fixing these maintenance issues would greatly improve the experience.

A nice loaction next to a big underground parking lot. Plenty around it in terms of places to eat and drink. Just a little tired inside and seems ready for a refurbishment

The staff at Hotel Le Bristol are excellent! Everyone was welcoming and helpful going the extra mile for any requests we had. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and major sites. It’s clean and well maintained. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Great location. Easy parking, staff very helpful. A couple of issues came up that were dealt with but maybe a bit of maintenance to fix sooner would have removed the issues. Broken lock, non working room safe, light switches not functioning, all fixed but they could have been done earlier. Did not impact our stay tho which was great overall.

Good food and service. Would stay again. Shame they charged me twice for the room.

More hooks in the bathroom would be helpful. It was very conveniently located to the city center and the train station, with lots of restaurants in the area. Reims is a very walkable city.

Great location and ability to park directly below in city centre car park. Room was good, staff friendly and ate in the restaurant in the evening where the food was delicious. In the heart of the city, quite noisy at night but what you’d expect. Room was very clean, but not a lot of power to the shower and taps were loose. Otherwise fantastic

Really great location next to lots of restaurants and 5 mins to the train station. I had a room at the back of the property so no noise from the streets but the walls are thin and the neighbours talking could be heard quite well. Bed is comfy, staff are nice. My only gripe is that I get really cold at night and the air con wouldn't go that high (I need it toasty!), nor could I switch the fan off so ended up cold. For most, probably not a problem but I was cold. But I'd happily stay again. The restaurant is pretty decent as well and cheaper than a lot of other places to eat at.

Great small hotel in Reims. Convenient location means you can walk everywhere in downtown Reims. The major champagne houses are a short bus ride away. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is adequate but not great.

Very handy to the train station and all the city amenities & tourist attractions. Excellent restaurant with excellent service.
