Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. A cross the street from the train station. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the cathedral.

Room is terribly small and basic, and the bathroom even worse. The water drainage of the shower is bad, resulting in water flowing all over the bathroom floor, making the floor mat all wet and yucky. The bathroom door open inwards, resulting in very limited space when exiting the bathroom. No amenities provided. The ventilation in the room is bad, resulting in smell (had to open the window). Bed is comfortable and breakfast is basic but tasty. I feel it’s not worth the price, except to be close to the main train station. 20mins walk to cathedral and city centre.

Good price-quality ratio. It looks recently renovated. The only con is the shower, as there's no way to avoid water from spilling all over the bathroom.

Convenient location close to the station and 15min walk to the city centre. Rooms are very small, especially the single rooms, with tiny bathrooms. Clean and tidy though and does the job for a few nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value.

The hotel is in an old building, but my room was lovely. The bed and bedding were wonderful. The bathtub/shower combination had lots of hot water and strong water pressure . The hotel is practically across the street from the magnificent train station, and a twelve minute walk to downtown on a beautiful walk. There are two great restaurants a block or two away for either French or Italian food. The breakfast was a very good continental breakfast. The staff were all friendly and polite. One standout was Vincent, who checked me in when I arrived. He recommended restaurants and helped me with a dinner reservation. When I returned from dinner, he inquired if I enjoyed my meal. He obviously enjoys his work - he made me feel like a valued guest at the hotel!

Staff were wounderful, close to the train station so we did a day trip to Luxembourg, worth it. Main city and sites to see all within walking distince. Recomend getting Breakfox at cafe Fox!!

A short walk from station. Safe and quiet. Had a small room but smart, clean and comfortable. Nice shower. Seemed like it had just been renovated. Friendly, helpful staff.

This hotel is very close to the train station which was very convenient for us! The staff were very friendly, and our accommodation met our expectation. Everything was clean and tidy, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Metz Cathedral!

Excellent and friendly service with comfty and clean bedding! Our request for the twin beds were taken prior to my reminder during check-in. My stay at Best Western made this short trip much more pleasant and memorable.
