Excellent staff, great facilities and a large and comfortable apartment. Food was excellent and a good variety, changing from day to day. Loved that some of the food was cooked to order and was very fresh. A few activities during the day and some good shows in the evenings. Hotel accommodated our request to have 2 apartments next to each other. Doors were a little sticky to open and we had a noisy local bar nearby, but in all very minor things.

Amazing hotel for families as it has lots of activities going on all day. Entertainment team were fantastic. Alot of steps around the complex though, so anybody with mobility issues may struggle. Food was of a good standard. Drinks, however were a little on the poor side. No dry white wine, only sweet & the normal drinks didnt appear to be that alcoholic, beer was ok though. Plenty of sunbeds although it was Easter, maybe in the summer could be an issue. Terraces & balconies are huge though & could easily have sunbeds on them, which would help! Overall a fabulous holiday where the staff work extremely hard to make it that way. Definitely would return.

Tagoro Family & Fun Costa Adeje I recently stayed at Tagoro Family & Fun Costa Adeje with my three children, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience for all of us. The kids were absolutely thrilled, and the hotel truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly destination. The real gem of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. They treat you like family, always attentive, caring, and ready to go above and beyond to make your stay special. Their warmth and dedication made a lasting impression on us. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste and preference. We were fortunate to stay during the Christmas holidays, and the hotel organized a fantastic program throughout the day, filled with fun activities and festive cheer. The highlight of the celebrations was the special Christmas dinner, featuring a delicious turkey that delighted everyone. Over the course of our seven-day stay, we fully recharged, soaked in positive vibes, and created wonderful memories. Most importantly, we left with a strong desire to return. Once again, I must emphasize how incredible the hotel staff are – they truly make your stay unforgettable and always go the extra mile to accommodate guests. Highly recommended for families looking for a welcoming and fun-filled holiday!

This Hotel is not worth anywhere near what we paid. Rooms were tired and outdated. Old scabby blankets and bed sheets. Shower that you had to keep stopping or it overflows out of the basin. I requested a pool view months before travel and they didn’t even try to help. The buffet was basic and slapped together. We are breakfast and didn’t bother with other meals. DON’T GO ALL INCLUSIVE. drinks are watered down tripe. You’d put your towels on a lounger at 08.30 and go get breakfast only to return to a later saying’ your towels would be moved if no return in 30 minutes. 😡. The star status it gives its self is ridiculous. I would rate this 2 star at a push. We we return.. absolutely not.. staff of rude and arrogant. The only staff that are worth there wages are the cleaners as they have to try and clean what is already a broken room. I even roomed to find a new hotel on arrival I was that disappointed. You live and learn I suppose. I learnt that I won’t be retuning. Not for a good pig.

Everything was great.

Stuff is very friendly and trying their best during covid. Furnitures were worn out and the tiles were extremely slippery when wet which happens if you have the hot tub on the balcony. Also, the glass decoration on top of shelves have sharp edges which I think dangerous with small children. Normal food, plenty of things to do with kids 15 minutes walk from the beach. We had a nice week there.

Excellent stay. Loved the food and entertainment! There is something for all ages.

Lovely layout, spacious rooms, amazing facilities, very clean, and absolutely lovely staff who were really helpful with any questions asked!! Useful free bus to the main areas too! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Fab stay here. Rooms kept exceptionally clean. Staff were fantastic. Food was to a good standard and had sufficient variety. Beds quite hard but this by no means ruined my holiday. Good selection of activities available. Pool was clean and well kept. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

staffs were very friendly, good size of room, plenty of food choice, nice show in the evening. even it bit far to the beach but close to supermarket. pool is small not allowed to use float, single and sofa bed not really comfortable.

Our stay was great in every way except the lunch and dinner timetable which is very short considering we traveled with 2 small children. 1-3 pm lunch seems short and dinner starts quite late at 7pm. Also staff was great and helpful except for one person from the restaurant who told us we can not take any food to our room even thou our children were sleeping and we missed out on 4 dinners from 8 nights because of this and 3 lunches.

Just back from a week stay at Tagoro and would recommend. Great family hotel, close to all amenities and attractions. Hotel itself was great; pool areas and kiddies pool and club were all fab, loads to be doing. Staff were all lovely and food/all inclusive was great. Always loads for kids during the day if they get hungry between meal times. On our second last day some maintenance work has started to be carried out around the pool, a huge area sectioned off to be re-tiled which was quite noisy more than anything. Personally it didn’t bother us as we were leaving but I can see how it would upset those who were just arriving as the work was unexpected.

My family and myself all really enjoyed our stay at the Tagaro. The staff were really friendly, food was great and rooms were also good. Only downside was entertainment for kids was good but no adult entertainment when kinds entertainment finished. So nothing for us adults who wished to stay up for another drink when kids went to bed.

Fabulous hotel to stay at. Ivan on the front desk was amazing, along with all the staff!! Stunning beaches nearby, and food was delicious with plenty to choose.

We stayed here from 10th February to 16th February 2019 .We are a family with .two teenagers.Our booking was for an apartment with balcony and city view.We were given an apartment (003)with no balcony no view and no sunshine.We were moved next day as an appartment came vacant with a pool view and sunshine.The staff fwere exceptional. There was not one person you could find fault with. They work really hard and nothing was too much trouble. The selection of food was excellent,my wife is a vegetarian and never had a problem with food, the entertainement staff were brilliant. We recommend thi hotel and will definetly would like to go back, the all inclusive is excellent, We have stayed in alot of different hotel and resorts and can honeslty the nicest staff are here and they go way out of their way for you to have a good holiday. We have already recommended a few friends to come here,. The manageress is extremely helpful and again nothing is too much trouble,
