An excellent hotel overall that has a good restaurant, good spa facilities, comfortable rooms, regular shuttle bus and is conveniently situated for the town and local bus. The hotel is let down by some minor issues: small boot/ski room, poor cooked breakfast options, limited hot water and spa areas dominated by children at all times.

We loved our stay at Hotel Adula. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were a great size and very comfy, and the breakfast every morning was wonderful with plenty of options. Our favourite was the spa area with the steam room and sauna, it was perfect after a full day on the slopes. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful time at Hotel Adula! We cannot wait to come back. Facilities are great and hotel is in very good condition. Spa is amazing. My only disappointment could be the service. They try their best to implement good services, but not all staff is very professional or nice with clients (I could clearly see I was annoying one waiter, and one woman at the front desk is extremely unfriendly). They also make some mistakes because of miscommunication. They are definitely trying and we can see that. I will come back 150%

Not very child friendly otherwise not bad

Room good, food good, service good. But pool is crowded (well above the posted safety limit) - with Covid floating around it's not enjoyable at all.

Good hotel with good pool and spa area. Good location for hiking although not too many restaurants very near by. Staff could be a bit more helpful and attentive. Also didnt feel like social distancing was a huge concern, a bit superficial dealing with it...although got reprimanded for not having a mask at breakfast even though no one told us beforehand and the sign at entrance is ridiculously tiny.

clean, best comfort, top place

We were in the hotel on the first day it re-opened after COVID restrictions. We felt the hotel prepared well, staff were wearing face shields, and they even left masks for us in the room! I thought the price we paid was moderate for the level of service we received - and a free minibar, including beer, was a nice surprise.

Great hotel. Lots of positives, the regular ski bus gets you to the lift with virtually no hassle (its only a small walk too!), the spa is excellent, the rooms are modern. The only let down is that we thought the Breakfast buffet was a bit boring.

Very helpful reception staff they even carried our luggage for us. After a long journey - the swimming pool was very welcome.

Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Schönes Zimmer und ein toller Spa Bereich.

Grossartiger Service bei individuellen Wünschen. Zu wenig Parkplätze.

Fint hotel i byen Flims. Der ligger en smuk sø i skoven i gå afstand fra hotel. Stor pool med forskellige sauna inde og mindre varmt boblebad ude. Fin have med liggestole. Meget lækker morgenmad og super venligt personale. Parkering i kælder og overfor hotel.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel im 4 Stern Bereich. Herzlicher Empfang, sehr tolles Frühstücksbuffet, grosszügige Wellnessanlage. Wenige Minuspunkte bei der Infrastruktur und der Qualität des Servicepersonal.
