Staff was very helpful and hospitable. Location was great to walk to everything. Our room had not been remodeled yet but was still a nice room with large bathroom the staff was very helpful on several occasions.

I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. The room was very comfortable and everything, including the air conditioning, worked perfectly. The only negative is that the elevator is tiny and barely large enough for one person with luggage. It must have been there before the building was renovated. But you get used to it. And the location is super. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our AC didn’t work initially, however they moved our room & on top of it had a technician come check the floor’s AC. The new room was even cooler the next day. We opted for the breakfast in the morning and they had a great selection with excellent coffee. There was a convenient store/supermercado across the street open late. There was a very nice tapas bar on the corner where we stopped in very late one night and ate. But the street was quiet & very safe. A couple of blocks (up/down and to sides) there were many places to eat also. Our 4 night stay was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.

Best location - action, beaches, shopping, dining, boat trips, bike rentals, cinemas…. Transit is easy but also lots to walk to close.

Excellent stay, comfortable, stylish and very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast choices and very good location just across the lake!

Beautiful hotel. The two negatives were that we needed laundry service and it wasn’t available on the weekends. And the parking was offsite during a time when roads were closed off so it took us some time to get into the hotel. But the hotel and area were great. And staff was super helpful!

A lovely experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and many knew why I was there - to see The Ring, so it was nice they asked about it. Great breakfast. Highly recommend (and it's SO close to the opera house!).

Convenient location. Efficient room. Helpful staff. Will stay again.
