The check in staff is nice people good attentions, the hotel has too SMALL elevator, for the room service staff are nice people too … the amenities good quality, the room are little smaller to accommodate a couple because one bed side are laying to the wall

We ordered cappuccinos and the person made them from the self serve machine and put them in a mug instead of taking the time to make them properly by hand. Also our instant coffee maker was not working in the room. The beds were a but stiff. Alex was very good. Location is great. We were happy overall.

The room quality doesn’t match the lobby aesthetically - I’d consider the rooms pretty basic. Bed was ok - pillows were nice. The person who checked us in couldn’t have been less interested in the customer service experience. The area seemed nice and location was close to a train station that made it easy to get to the airport. Glad we only stayed here the one night.

Lovely hotel. Didn't know it was the sister property of the the Ambassador, until the person who checked us out remembered us from that hotel. Staff was really friendly and helpful. My wife actually left her purse on the chair at the downstairs bar, and after 10 minutes, nobody had took it. That was a relief.

Very convenient

I had emailed in advance that we would be arriving very late due to our overnight flight from the US but there was no one at the front desk and we were locked outside at 1 am for 15 minutes.

Upon arrival the splendour of the old building, its design and location was a stand out. The reception staff greeted us with poise and helpfulness. Our room, initially, was not what we hoped for. It was no trouble for the staff to change our room to one with a balcony - such was their helpfulness. Our stay was made easier by the ready availability of fresh fruit and milk sachets for guests. Sitting in the parlour was a joy as there were plenty of interesting books to read. A highly recommended venue - classy, close to anything you want to see and do - we felt very special as guests and nothing troubled the staff. Highly recommended

Staff was very helpful and hospitable. Location was great to walk to everything. Our room had not been remodeled yet but was still a nice room with large bathroom the staff was very helpful on several occasions.
