Very welcoming and comfortable. Great rooms. Not perfect location for downtown Zurich -- takes long in traffic...but worth it for the place

We liked this hotel, except the pricing. In comparison to other hotels around the world in this class it is expensive. Being located out of Zurich one is quickly onto the freeways to travel in any direction. Also one can get into downtown Zurich by train.

Very good clean hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. The restaurant serves excellent food.

Quite out of town, but still close to the train station. Nice lobby but average room.Spacious room for a reasonable price. My requests such as asking for a kettle or an iron were handled, although staff sound a bit inexperienced.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. This family run hotel is relaxing and the staff are great.

The hotel is not close to anything. Also you can hear the traffic on the road.

Hotel location is awful. I stayed here because I though it would be close to the airport. It was a 65 franc taxi from the hotel to the airport and it is at least 25 min outside of the city center of Zurich. The pictures are very misleading because the hotel lobby is renovated very nicely, however the rooms are furnished nothing like the public facilities of the hotel. Staff not very helpful. Restaurants severely overrated and there are no options for anything else in the are, need to take public transportation to city centre for food. Very disappointed in the hotel.

Clean, very nice, great amenities. Expedia lied when it said the hotel is 5.4 kms from the airport. It cost be CHF140 in cab fare. I could have stayed at a 5 Star Resort next to the airport. Bad, bad Expedia!

Clean and tidy hotel. We wanted to stay closer to airport for our last night. The shuttle to airport was 42 francs. Would have been cheaper to stay near Zurich train station and take train to airport (especially since the train to Regensdorf costs money). Not a lot of action or food options in the local area. Mostly men at this hotel, which was kinda weird, but likely due to businessmen mostly. Would rather have stayed in Zurich for the money.

a very nice stay i zurich ,the hotel and room was very nice,the price was good for a very expencive city.only 10 min walk to the railway station.for the little inconveniance of beeing out of the city ,well worth it

Great airport hotel, free wireless in the business center, and close enough to downtown if you are driving. I would certainly return.

Excellent service, located somewhat far from the city centre

Visited Switzerland in August-2011, summer months.The room was hot, no air condition not even a small fan in the room. We had to open the windows, but since this hotel is by a major road and highway, it was very noisy. It was hard for us to sleep. Public transportation was not easy...it was a long way, crossing a few streets and highways to get into the Metro.

it was OK, about what you'd expect. breakfast was OK, too, nothing wonderful. it was, however, quite a long haul from airport to the hotel, esp one evening when there was heavy traffic because of construction. took almost 45min to get there.

Ich war das erste mal im Thessoni, aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Ein geniales Hotel, mit toller Ausstattung und sehr freundlichen Personal. Und das für einen schier unglaublichen Preis. Zudem wurde mein VIP-Status auf Hotels.com gewürdigt und ich bekam ein Zimmer-Upgrade, wow! Und was mich auch noch positiv verwunderte: Nachdem mit meinem Check-In und der entsprechenden Rückmeldung über Hotels.com etwas nicht i.o. war wurde direkt nachgefragt. Das nenne ich mal Customer-Care. Das Zimmer und auch Hotel macht auf mich einen aufgeschlossenen, positiven, kundennahen Eindruck. Dem Personal ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Für mich ist klar, dass ich wieder nach Regensdorf zurückkehren werde, wenn ich das nächste Mal ein Hotel in diesem Bereich suche! Danke von ganzem Herzen.
