Broken Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi did not work at all during my two-day stay. When I reported the issue, the staff said they had “requested a technician,” but their tone suggested no one would actually come to fix it. When I asked for an ETA, the response was simply like I don’t know.
Cleanliness Issues: The apartment was not very clean. It felt quite dated, and the bathroom in particular had an unpleasant odor, similar to urine.
Staffing & Service: It seems the staff are shared with the nearby Halo Hotel. Even though I called 30 minutes in advance as instructed, I still had to wait outside for 10 minutes before someone arrived. There was no on-site staff presence and no room service provided during the stay.
