Awesome friendly staff!

差! 基本還差過難民營, 沖涼液, 洗髮液, 牙膏, 牙刷, 拖鞋, 水杯, 飲用水一一欠奉, 最離譜是連WIFI 都弱, 房租也不菲. 勝在近市中心, 吃東西選擇多.

The staff was very nice. They were willing to hold our bags if we made it to the hotel before check in time but we did not need to use this option. It is walking distance from the central station and this was the main reason we booked this hotel. Overall good experience.

Super quiet, and very dark for a good night's sleep.

It was a good choice for an overnight stop on the way to Sicily. It offered 24 hour check in which we needed! Close to Milan Centra for our onward journey. All in all fine

Loved the cat theme and 2 sweet cats in the lobby. Basic room but clean and convenient. Walked from train station -easy and only about 10 mins. Walked to the Duomo and thoroughly enjoyed the architecture in the city!!!

Old and outdated, the benefit of this hotel is its proximity to Milano Centrale. Helpful and friendly staff were a plus. A bit of a dodgy area. Shower has a fixed nozzle, so no adjustment up or down possible. Tall people may struggle. Bed was not very comfortable. Somewhat unexpected luxury of a warm towel drying rack in the bathroom. Fine for one night, but a longer stay might be depressing.

Stayed for one night. Very close to Milan Central Station; clean room; adequate toiletries, towels; no hair dryer; tv remote not working; thin walls; breakfast bare minimum, but no complaints; friendly staff; quick check in

Clean, older hotel, close to Milano Céntrale

the smell of the the room was disgusting.The shower also was very old and made the acess of hot water at good temperature unstable,add to that,the noise in everywhere , and when turn on the light of the bath it generates "un bruit assourdissat"All in all,the night was a night

Our stay at the hotel was good. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the Central Railway Station which was helpful as we travelled to Venice by an early train. Some of the staff were extremely helpful. We were allowed early check-in which was great. All in all it was a very comfortable stay at the hotel.

The location was great, just 10minutes away from the central station. But what really made our trip was Aran’s genuine desire to make our stay there and beyond great! we couldn’t book our tickets for flixbus, and Aran took his own initiative to help us look for travel agencies who were still open (as it’s during the festive period) and gave us the address of the agency. Amazing guy.

This was a decent stay for one night. You can walk from the Milan central station and 15 min to the corso buenos aires street.
