What a charming little hotel! Conveniently located by the train station and the promenade. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and gave excellent advice on places to see in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The hotel was in a great location, an easy five minute walk from the train station. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, and breakfast was nice. But the room was very small, the beds were not very comfortable, the sink and shower were tiny, and the elevator was so small only one person could go at a time. Rapallo was a nice find though, easy to get to the Cinque Terre cities and Portofino at a more reasonable cost.

it's a great location !!! but it need a more modern up dated decoration and definitely a bigger TV lol, the breakfast was ok but could use more diverse items The staff a 5 start!!! for sure they were very helpful , I would go back

It was a good location - staff were somewhat friendly, the waitress at breakfast was not. Was more like a hostel than hotel. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Good choice for a base to travel around in the region. It is close to both train station and ferry port, both of which are only within five minutes walking distance on a flat road, which is a big plus in this region, because some hotels or train stations may be on hills. Hotel is clean, staff is kind. Air conditioner was a new one, worked very well and was quite (you will need AC in this humid climate even in mid September). Breakfast is good enough, and coffee is made to order, they make great coffee.

Lovely stay as a solo traveler, I felt safe and the staff were friendly. I preferred this to staying in a massive hotel with staff you can’t get to know! The room was small but perfectly adequate for one person.

It is barely above hostel level. The room is musky and small. The bathroom is minimal. I overheard a normal coversation in the adjoining room. The AC is dirty but functional. The mattress is very hard. On the good side, it is very close to the waterfront in a city adjoining Portofino. Overall, not pleasant enough to recommend. One star Max.

Amazing location and ease of access!

The staff were very friendly, the location is central. The breakfast was perfectly good, including fresh fruit. The croissants were really excellent, the proper authentic Italian type. A lovely lady was on stand-by at breakfast to make us coffee, but she didn't come to the table to ask if we wanted coffee, which was a bit confusing at first. Her standing there also created a strange library-like atmosphere, as it seemed like she was stationed there to ensure that the guests don't get up to anything they shouldn't. I am sure that actually she was only there to operate the coffee machine. Sadly the coffee was not worth all this hassle anyway, as they use coffee pods. We were happy with our stay, but there are two main reasons for which we are unlikely to return. One of these is the lack of internet. Despite advertising high speed internet (which was a main consideration for us when we booked), it was not working in our room. You could see the network, but you couldn't connect to it for any length of time. The other reason is that there is a mosquito problem. Maybe because of the enclosed courtyard-type street? They really need to put a mosquito net on the window. Without the mosquito net, we couldn't air the room much and we are now covered in mosquito bites. We also avoided using the lift after we realised that the lift was also filled with mosquitos, a strange phenomenon I have not experienced before.

I reccommend this hotel. It is in a perfect location, very clean and good breakfast.

Posizione eccellente e buona colazione. La singola assegnata era molto deludente con finestra su cavedio chiuso ma la seconda notte mi è stata cambiata molto gentilmente con una migliore.

Albergo in centro a Rapallo, vicino al lungomare Molti ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze

Hotel praticamente nel centro storico Parcheggio non molto facile

Bra og rask service, fikk sjekket inn tidlig. Rommet var rent og bra størrelse. Ok frokost. Hotellet ligger meget sentralt med kort vei til strand, tog stasjon og ferge/båt kai.
