Super spa facilities and friendlt staff

2 star hotel at the most

It is a fantastic hotel with a tremendous staff but I had the tiniest shower ever which made it quite difficult and annoying to use it. literally 0.5x0.5m. This is ridiculous and makes the overall experience not so pleasant.

Nice place Perfect for a break easy car park and to access the hotel the wifi was good and the sauna pool are nice and well look after No restaurant on Monday

Well appointed room, though could not raise the shed like window coverings. All new small but adequate. Wonderful breakfast included. In outer boroughs of Bolzano, quite drivable. Easy parking

This was my 2nd time staying with Ideal Park. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s modern and nicely appointed, food is always plentiful, staff is extremely helpful and kind, and rooms are always clean and beds’ soft. This time there was a lot of noise and dust due to construction which is why I rated it a little lower in property.

Absolutely amazing!!!

very friendly staff, great wellness area at the roof top and in house. Nice rooms, big buffet breakfast. Hotel is focused on half-board (buffet style dinner) guests, so atmosphere for à la carte guests for dinner is not very nice. Waiters are totally bussy with cleaning tables etc, so no time for good service! Cuisine is excellent!!!!!

The facilities on the site are amazing! There are so many relaxation areas on the rooftop, water slide, spa on site and indoor pool! The staff are very nice! Our room is a bit smaller than we expected but instead the beds are very comfortable and soft. We decided to prolong our stay at this lovely hotel.

Great comfortable hotel with modern furniture.

Excellent for families with kids! A pool in the basement and another on the roof, with a water slide, amazing. There is a kids game room too. The layout of the rooms works well for families traveling together with fold-down bunk beds and a seating area with a table for activities.

Check in was smooth and easy, large breakfast buffet and good food quality

A few of the staff were lovely but we did encounter some less that helpful members of staff during our stay. The rooms weren’t very comfortable and too hot- the air con didn’t work. Also, the rooms are not sound proof in the slightest! The spa is very bizarre- making it a necessity to be naked when it’s mixed gender ? Very uncomfortable so we didn’t use more than once. One point I must mention - the restaurant food was amazing, it was the one redeeming factor !!

My hotel room was somewhat dated yet so comfortable , I stayed in the I guess superior suite . I had a large room with a queen bed and a pull out couch .My view was amazing as well as the staff . I never eat breakfast yet I did here . The rooms are super clean and the staff was so great .It says 3 stars on the web sight yet you will be totally happy with your stay.

Nice hotel with a great indoor pool. Breakfast was ok and staff is very friendly.

The hotel itself is incredible. Roottop infinity pool. High end spa in the basement. Large rooms, good breakfast buffet, lots of seating in the bar area. As a hotel to stay at, I can't say enough nice things about it. The only negative, and it's just a minor one, is that there seems to be, on occasion, a dearth of parking spots. Beyond that very minor quibble, I would be thrilled to stay at this hotel any time I in the area.

Good value for money. Clean, well kept, friendly staff, good service.
