It's near main canal and vaporretto stations

The location was nice and the room was clean and spacious. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the mosquitoes. They were somehow getting in, probably through the ventilation system. The first morning, after contacting the front desk, they brought a plug-in vaporizer that took care of the problem. Unfortunately, we were already covered with bites. Not pleasant!

Great location and super friendly, helpful staff. Nice size rooms. The high ceilings make it hard to cool down on a hot day. Also the restaurant across the way is busy till late. It’s a little loud after 10. But overall highly recommend.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. It was as we expected for a 3 star hotel. Relatively clean and great location. A lot of communication back and forth needed with the host before our stay because of keyless check in. Very spotty wifi, I had to rely on my prepaid data plan most of the time. Slippers, tea and water were provided to us in the room as a nice touch. We would stay here again.

Great location between s marks and rialto at a good rate. Room was nice but lack of hot water was frustrating. The 1st floor is up one flight of stairs, opening to the entry of the hotel. The entry smelled old and moldy, think it was the carpet in the middle of the room. Once past that no smell in the room and all was fine.

Everything Was fine

Brilliant! Very clean and great location, easy to access and communication from staff was great. When we had a small problem, the staff fixed it right away. Would highly recommend!

Unique architecture and location in Venezia.

Staffs are very responsive to my requests. The property is old but clean and well kept.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was affordable and charming. The host, Riccardo, was available by chat and phone to answer questions and provided a map to the property which was helpful. The a/c worked well and location was close to all of the main attractions.

Wonderful location and great staff

We liked our stay here. There was no reception though or any staff around- the room was clean and the are is nice and close to everything

This place was great! The staff was lovely and very helpful. It’s within walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and the rooms are small but nice and has a very “Venice” feel. We would definitely stay here agin if we return to Italy!

Room was spacious and clean. Nice view of the street and surrounding restaurants. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioner worked very well over two extremely hot nights. Met two women who worked there and both were extremely pleasant and spoke perfect English. Fantastic location. Could not more highly recommend.
