The room is smell bad :( the receptionist not friendly at all.

The reception is not humble and courtesy. The check-in process was not good and really late action. The room was not clean and dusty. The Reception give me the wrong bed and move to the other bed in the midnight. Unsatisfied stay.

The room is cramped, the heater is not strong enough.

Sebastian the receptionist is very helpful. The hotel is near everywhere, the most important is the elevator, unlike strategic hotels in Amsterdam, very close to the Grand Palace. Very nice. If I go to Brusek again, I will definitely stay at the opera hotel again.

The place is strategic, but there are no facilities, mineral water is not available.
