Staff was friendly, property location is beautiful- The internet didn’t work in our room or side of the resort and the food was less than ideal, the food options were limited. After spending 10 days in other parts of Italy (sorento and Florence) and hotels, this was probably our least favorite.

Great view. Our Room was a little on the smaller side. Made use of the pool and Sauna. Some parts of the property were being updated so not all facilities were accessible. Should be really nice when upgrades are completed

The property is beautiful, but not even close to half the size of what it looks in pictures and very different. There’s actually nothing much to do except wine tour considering it’s very far from Florence and the cabs are very expensive to go and back. We had to wait more than an hour to get a drink and chips in restaurant as there was nobody there between lunch and dinner hour. So if you get late for lunch, there’s nothing to eat until dinner hours except coffee. It would have been nice for place to have at least some sandwiches or snack to grab between meal hours, considering there are not any restaurants nearby. The place can be a good idea if only you want some quiet time away from city. I do not recommend it if you have children or want to do activities!

A Tuscan Gem with Unmatched Hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Villa I Barronci Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. We also had a fantastic dinner at the resort. The food was absolutely delicious and a true highlight of our visit. While there was some construction taking place during our stay, it truly didn't take away from the natural beauty of the grounds. The resort is situated in the perfect location for visiting Tuscany’s most scenic spots, and the nearby town of San Casciano in Val di Pesa is such a quaint, lovely place to walk around. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming base in the heart of Chianti!

Nice hotel and beautiful view. The property was nice and easy to get to from Florence.

Wonderful stay. Clean rooms. Such friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant was temporarily closed but they still made sure there was a full breakfast buffet every morning and dinner had a set menu option each night. The pool was open and warm! Lots of parking if you’re renting a car. Great proximity to Florence and rest of Tuscany if you plan to tour around yourself.

Stayed here as part of our honeymoon. Staff were super helpful with reservations and recommendations. The view is beautiful and the rooms are cozy. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Staff wa really accommodating. Resort really has it all to almost never had to leave they even helped us book a nice wine tour!

This magnificent Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were very generous is size and the beds were so comfy. Breakfast was exceptional too.... The heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and the view of the countryside was breathtaking.

Wonderful place to stay to soak in the views of Tuscany. The pool area with views are gorgeous. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were clean, property was quiet. There are a lot of dining options a 10 min drive away in the town of San Casciano. You definately need a car here. Absoltuely wonderful stay, the highlight of my trip!

What’s not to love? Nothing! All exceptional.

This was simply an outstanding experience. We loved the property from start to finish. The views are simply breathtaking and pretty much unbelievable from the pool, restaurant and the drive throughout the area. My daughter kept joking that it was a giant green screen :). Our dinner at the restaurant was also an amazing experience. The staff were all very pleasant, especially the young lady at the front desk. One of our family members fell ill and she was very attentive helping us in any way she could. The only disappointment was not being able to take advantage of the spa services. We didn’t book ahead of time and therefore didn’t know they’re only available after 3 pm on weekdays, which by the time we found out did not work with our other plans already scheduled. We will definitely come back to this paradise and spend more time here!

This is our second trip to this hotel because we loved it so much the first time. We even brought our friends with us this time. Fantastic view and property with excellent service. Highly recommend
