An amazing place to stay and relax in Florence. Highly recommend if you want a place to relax and away from the crowds . The staff was very respectful, polite and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing especially the chocolate croissants. Great value for the price. Thank you villa I Barronci!

My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful resort and spa to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience from beginning to end. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations. One of the highlights of our visit was the relaxing couple's massage, which left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The resort amenities were wonderful and thoughtfully maintained, providing everything needed for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. The views were simply magnificent, and each evening we were captivated by the mesmerizing sunsets that painted the sky with stunning colors. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby town, which was charming and beautiful. Between the breathtaking scenery, outstanding service, luxurious amenities, and tranquil atmosphere, our anniversary celebration was everything we had hoped for and more. We highly recommend this resort and spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable escape. We look forward to returning again someday.

The property is gorgeous. It is undergoing improvements. The spa is incredible. The view is perfect. The room is spacious and has all you need. The menu however did not change till day 3 while we stayed so that was a disappointment

A lovely stay with my wife and 12 week baby. We had some initial difficulties with the room (AC not working), but marianna the manager was superb at sorting as soon as she was back on shift (we arrived late in the night and the night porter wasn’t helpful…!) We moved to a suite which I would recommend (31 or 32). The rooms have incredible views, and in June the pool was a lovely 30 degrees with some jacuzzi jets and the most amazing view. Continental breakfast was good and you can get drinks through the day and snacks, and pre order dinner. There was some small visiting works going on, but they were out of the way and clearly indicate that the hotel is trying to improve. Very good parking and I did note an electric charger that looked powered. We would definitely return and was ideally located for a rustic, up-market and authentic Tuscan hotel.

Staff was friendly, property location is beautiful- The internet didn’t work in our room or side of the resort and the food was less than ideal, the food options were limited. After spending 10 days in other parts of Italy (sorento and Florence) and hotels, this was probably our least favorite.

Great view. Our Room was a little on the smaller side. Made use of the pool and Sauna. Some parts of the property were being updated so not all facilities were accessible. Should be really nice when upgrades are completed

The property is beautiful, but not even close to half the size of what it looks in pictures and very different. There’s actually nothing much to do except wine tour considering it’s very far from Florence and the cabs are very expensive to go and back. We had to wait more than an hour to get a drink and chips in restaurant as there was nobody there between lunch and dinner hour. So if you get late for lunch, there’s nothing to eat until dinner hours except coffee. It would have been nice for place to have at least some sandwiches or snack to grab between meal hours, considering there are not any restaurants nearby. The place can be a good idea if only you want some quiet time away from city. I do not recommend it if you have children or want to do activities!

A Tuscan Gem with Unmatched Hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Villa I Barronci Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. We also had a fantastic dinner at the resort. The food was absolutely delicious and a true highlight of our visit. While there was some construction taking place during our stay, it truly didn't take away from the natural beauty of the grounds. The resort is situated in the perfect location for visiting Tuscany’s most scenic spots, and the nearby town of San Casciano in Val di Pesa is such a quaint, lovely place to walk around. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming base in the heart of Chianti!

Nice hotel and beautiful view. The property was nice and easy to get to from Florence.

Wonderful stay. Clean rooms. Such friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant was temporarily closed but they still made sure there was a full breakfast buffet every morning and dinner had a set menu option each night. The pool was open and warm! Lots of parking if you’re renting a car. Great proximity to Florence and rest of Tuscany if you plan to tour around yourself.

Stayed here as part of our honeymoon. Staff were super helpful with reservations and recommendations. The view is beautiful and the rooms are cozy. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Staff wa really accommodating. Resort really has it all to almost never had to leave they even helped us book a nice wine tour!

This magnificent Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were very generous is size and the beds were so comfy. Breakfast was exceptional too.... The heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and the view of the countryside was breathtaking.
