Great place on a budget!

The first two hotel employees helped with our suitcase, but the lady on the last day couldn't do it and didn't treat us well. The street was very noisy and the windows were very old, allowing the noise of a busy street to filter through. We definitely wouldn't return to this hotel.

This was an excellent location and place to stay for our two nights in Siena. The room is small but clean and has a great view. Staff were friendly. Would recommend!

This is more like a hostel for younger people I'd say.. very small rooms for a family of 3 with luggage.. but beds were comfy.. only one pillow each and really cramped but great staff and location!

This hotel is very well located, you have restaurants, stores and tourist attractions at walking distance. In addition, there is a taxi station right in front of the hotel (very important to go to the train/bus station). Last but not least, the staff was very kind. Highly recommended!

Location and friendly helpful staff

Very small room with a tiny bathroom. Very laud toilet tank. The shower is in the middle of the tiny bathroom. The toilet is in a tiny corner. However, it is wonderfully located near everything.

Great location and not a fortune to book.

Hotel is situated a 2 minute walk from Piaza Del Campino, if your driving the nearest parking is a 15 minute walkaway. Which makes the logistics a bit awkward. We had an economy room via the spiral stairs so travel light. Breakfast is at a cafe 50 metres away with a voucher. Room is small but very clean & tidy.

The location is so perfect. It's easy to get everywhere

This place was nicely decorated, friendly staff and in the perfect location. The shower wasn’t separate from the rest of the bathroom so water went everywhere. Everything else was superb. Definitely not a one star hotel. Would stay here again.

Great location of the property. Staff were helpful and helped us find a doctor as well as I was sick and offered to translate if the Dr didn't speak English. The hotel is very close to the square so it's handy and only a short walk to public transport or the taxi stand is right outside if you prefer. The rooms are very small and basic, but clean and comfortable. If you are on a budget and want to stay in a close location to the sites in Siena, I would definitely recommend this Hotel La Perla
