A very comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Good range of leisure facilities in the hotel, with plenty of activities available in the area. Adequate transport links.

I have been travelling Austria, France and Italy for two months and stayed in many 4 to 5 star hotels and had 99% friendly service. However, here the staff seemed less than enthusiastic with their jobs. From checkin to leaving early due to staffs over lack of effort or concern to make the stay enjoyable. Felt like this was run like a hostel rather than a 4 star hotel. Wouldn't reccoment stayiing there for a good experience, just a quick no expectations stay.

What a beautiful hotel! I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay here! The view from the property and our room was stunning! The location was a convenient 10 minute walk to the train station! The pools and spa area are an absolute bonus to staying here! The continental breakfast was unreal, the perfect way to start your day! We arrived a bit early and couldn’t check into our room, but the front desk held onto our luggage for us as we explored the town! We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff late check in

The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough!

Fantastic stay at mountains hotel it was a magical pre Christmas trip .facilities were great outdoor heated pool & hot tub looking at snow covered mountains Will definitely return here .staff were more than friendly & so helpful

The property was in an ideal location in Seefeld, with being a 10 minute walk from the train station, and being across the road from the Olympiabad Swimming Complex. The hotel facilities were great, with 2 swimming pools and a spa. There was also plenty of choice for breakfast, and the staff were very helpful.

Reception: Friendly and easy check-in and checkout, smiles everywhere Restaurant: NO smile at all, NO greeting like “good morning”, staff ALWAYS FROWNING, literally all staff is UNFRIENDLY! Parking: NOt easy finding a parking space

Great hotel with friendly staff. Very good breakfast. The hotel was fully booked and there was no parking place available.

Over all the hotel is brilliant but the manager on reception could do with an education on diplomacy. We were a group of four motorcyclists that rocked up at different times. He wanted us to move our parking places for a car driver to accommodate someone that arrived after us.

Our stay at Mountains Hotel was a very pleasant experience and the hotel staff was very helpful. In fact, we had a tiny incident with our van which was resolved by a member of the staff without any hitch. The staff spoke English and so we did not have any problems communicating. Overall, a very good holiday.

Great location across from Olympic park. Be careful crossing the road. Nice restaurant. Okay prices (I stayed there in the summer)

Rudest manager. Dirty &old rooms! Stained, dirty carpets.No view. Old bananas in cupboards. Not recommended. We left early- tried to get a room with view and manager Was so rude. Would not even offer it with an increased payment. One barman in hotel lounge. Spa closes at 7pm!! Just terrible!

We only stayed one night and was overall disappointed. This was the only 4* hotel we stayed in over a 2 week period and it was the worst out of 5 other 3* hotels we stayed at. The local area is great but the hotel comfort was not the best. The extra amenities like a spa and jacuzzi might be why this hotel gets the 4* rating.
