The hotel has a great location. The rooms are spacious, very cozy and clean, with very comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Very professional staff. We will visit it again and recommend it.

To start, I’ll first mention the breakfast. It was like a dream really. The variety. The quality. The presentation. The service. The staff were super friendly from checking in, through the breakfast staff, and a quick check out so we could get back on the road. The size of our room was a real relief. The kids loved it. The black out shades were helpful as well. This place is a bit away from the center of the tourist area, which is normally where I’d stay, but if I go back to Salzburg, I’ll stay here again. Being able to get in and out of town with a car so easy is very helpful. And to get into the tourist area, there is a bus right outside for free. There is parking downtown, but the bus is free and easy. As I said, I’ll stay here again in the future.

Very nice hotel that will offer a mobility pass with night stay. Breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the 22 euros. If you go downtown you will be paying at least this amount and quality of food might be lower. Do the breakfast addition. Bus very easy to center area of Salzburg and run often.

Friendly staff- excellent breakfast- recommend!

While hotels are rather expensive in Salzburg, this can accommodate 5 adults at a more affordable price. Love the setup that one room has a double/king size bed and the other room has 3 twins. Super close to bus stops that take you to and from the airport, train station and the old town and fortress area. Since tourists have free mobility passes, which are included in the hotel taxes and fees, we didn’t spend a dime on transportation for the entire 3 days in Salzburg.

Nice hotel with lovely staff a bit away from city center!

Clean but room was very dusty. Great value for the price and the bathroom was very clean and modern, but the bedroom area could get some dusting. Breakfast was yummy!

Okay for one night stay, AC is only avaiable in one room.

Location was great with the free bus right outside the door straight into the city centre. I found the staff helpful and friendly and the room comfortable and clean.

Tje breakfast was unreal, so healthy and amazing selection. Super healthy, local source, organic, etc.. I was full till dinner! Best breakfast Ive ever had in a hotel!

Traveling with two teenage sons. The room was large and gave us all privacy. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was always helpful. Location was a short 5 minute bus ride in to the center of town.

Nice room after complaining about original room which was dated and not what was booked. Staff member clearly not happy about our complaint despite paying for the bigger room .

Loved it. Great staff and beautiful little room

Very lovely and helpful staff, offering us maps and information on public transport to get into the centre of Salzburg. We were always greeted with a smile! Our ‘superior double’ was just 2 single beds pushed together however they were clean and comfortable. There was very little around the property and no option of food or snacks available in the evening. Breakfast was tasty however not told the price beforehand and ended up having to pay €44 for two people. It was all homemade or organic which was a nice touch but would not of had breakfast there if aware of the price.
