Nice hotel with lovely staff a bit away from city center!

Clean but room was very dusty. Great value for the price and the bathroom was very clean and modern, but the bedroom area could get some dusting. Breakfast was yummy!

Okay for one night stay, AC is only avaiable in one room.

Location was great with the free bus right outside the door straight into the city centre. I found the staff helpful and friendly and the room comfortable and clean.

Tje breakfast was unreal, so healthy and amazing selection. Super healthy, local source, organic, etc.. I was full till dinner! Best breakfast Ive ever had in a hotel!

Traveling with two teenage sons. The room was large and gave us all privacy. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was always helpful. Location was a short 5 minute bus ride in to the center of town.

Nice room after complaining about original room which was dated and not what was booked. Staff member clearly not happy about our complaint despite paying for the bigger room .

Loved it. Great staff and beautiful little room

Very lovely and helpful staff, offering us maps and information on public transport to get into the centre of Salzburg. We were always greeted with a smile! Our ‘superior double’ was just 2 single beds pushed together however they were clean and comfortable. There was very little around the property and no option of food or snacks available in the evening. Breakfast was tasty however not told the price beforehand and ended up having to pay €44 for two people. It was all homemade or organic which was a nice touch but would not of had breakfast there if aware of the price.

A great little hotel. Friendly staff. All rather straightforward and pleasant. Due to the nature of the excellent public transport in Salzburg, this hotel is In a great location.

Clean friendly great hotel

The good Parking available..20 min walk to town centre Large rooms friendly reception staff Cheap for location . The bad Our non smoking room towels etc smelled strongly of cigarettes our daughters room didn’t .Clearly fully booked as no other room offered changed towels at least . Rather dated Side door wedged open to car park until late evening seemed like a security issue as the reception couldn’t see who was coming and going .

The Das Grüne Hotel is on a very busy road with traffic noise extending into the late and early hours. We originally booked a street side hotel room. With no eco-unfriendly room A/C and windows needing to be opened on warm summer nights, we much regretted it. Thankfully, our hosts moved us into a quiet guest house at the rear after two nights. + Breakfasts are superb at this hotel. + Convenient bus stops for the City centre and airport - Das Grüne Hotel does not have full spa facilities, just a small sauna which was out of order throughout our stay.

The most expensive hotel during my trip we stayed 2 nights. Beautiful hotel. We had 5 bed family room. Very spacious and clean. Bus station is right outside the hotel. City center is only 10 minutes away. Highly recommend.

Nice outdoor spots to sit and read. Beautiful views.

It’s a charming boutique hotel. The rooms, toilets, linen and common areas are very elegant and squeaky clean. The reception staff are warm, very helpful. The bus stop is just outside the hotel which makes it very convenient.
