Very welcoming and friendly staff. They did everything they could to make it an enjoyable stay for me. Goran was incredibly kind and made sure I got some dinner when I arrived late one evening. The hotel is in a beautiful setting in a quiet little town up the mountain. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff here are all so wonderful. Vladimir, Dragi and the lady owner took care of me very well. The breakfast was very filling and the coffee was amazing. Vladimir was able to check me in early and the room was very clean. The ski area is very close from the property and Schladming town is a 5 min drive. A lot of parking spaces in the area. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, gym and there's a table tennis area. Really wonderful staff.

Clean rooms, quiet area,has plenty to offer for all ages,plenty of parking. Thank you very much that we where able to check in soo late! Our plane arrived late in munich,and we got stuck in traffic, but we got a warm welcome.

App in Hubertus house and wellness in a hotel is best combination.

5 stars in my book. Would not consider any other hotel when we come back. Staff (Danny), the chef and wait staff excellent. We stayed for over a week. Highly recommended!!!!!

The hotel was picturesque and comfortable. Our room was really like an apartment with kitchen facilities as there were 4 of us. The room was very clean but the carpets a bit stained. The first night we arrived really late around midnight but the staff were great and made us a cold platter with drinks whilst we settled in. We tried the hotel restaurant the next night and the food was very good. To get to ski slopes there is a bus that takes you there from outside the hotel. Only 5 mins drive away. However the service is not that frequent. If you miss the last morning ski bus at 10:20am then there won't be another one until 13:00.

I can't begin to explain how generously the staff treated me. Truly marvelous people. My trip however, started a week prior and I chose this hotel because a "laundry facility" was available. No such luck. After discussing this with a manager, my laundry was cleaned for free. But still, I think this false advertising need to be deleted from you promotion. Also the bit about 2 restaurants. There's only one.

Our stay here was pleasant and with event. The young girl that checked us in and out was a pleasure to deal with. She did everything she could to help you s enjoy our stay The room was spacious and comfortable and dinner in the restaurant was very nice. Overall this was a comfortable stay.

Staff was unusually kind and helpful, rooms were very clean and spacey, also the food was delicious.

Great hotel with good food and very friendly staff. Nice rooms and nice sauna/swimming pool facilities. The bus towards the slopes stops directly in front of the hotel, so there's no need of taking the car.

Das Zimmer hatte einen traumhaften bergblick. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gab auch ein schmackhaftes Frühstück. Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Lovely birthday weekend, prepared a cake on request as a surprise for my better half. Lovely wellness area, peaceful area overall with summer card allowing free access to the mountain tops. Breakfast and dinner was also ok.
