Building was old but well kept. The girl that checked us in was the sweetest and most helpful person. We ate at the restaurant at the hotel and it was the best food we ate. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient and arrived promptly.

Great condition and cleanliness, staff was nice and with knowledge about the city, trains and attractions. Nice experience!

Nothing fancy, just a clean quiet room, nice restaurant, prompt airport shuttle, breakfast included all for a low price. I would stay here again.

This served us well for our first night in Italy. It is a bit more like a hostel with a simple room but it worked fine for our family of 5. It was a bit noisy with a busy street outside but the breakfast was good and parking was easy. We had a little trouble figuring out check in as the door was locked but we went around back to the restaurant and were able to get in that way. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Convenient shuttle to airport and good restaurant in hotel

Stay was ok. Check in was quick. Area is not pedestrian friendly.

The hotel advertised free transfer from the airport, but when I arrived I was told that the free transfer is not available in the evening.

Unfortunately our A/C did not work in room #112, due to the high heat in the room none of us were able to sleep.

This was such a perfect place to stay for a night after a long flight. The resturant is delicious and casual, great for families of all sizes. Just wish we had left room for dessert! Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast included and shuttle service to and from Malpensa airport.

Shuttle service is great! The bed is a little squeaky but the restaurant downstairs is surprisingly nice with good food and service!

The property is about 10 min away from MXP. We got in at 11am and 2 of the 3 rooms we booked were available and one was in progress of being cleaned. Rooms were adequate for an overnight stay. Having a restaurant is a plus because nearest shopping/restaurant was 10 min walk and not a safe passage. Shuttle service to airport was good and was prompt. Overall stay was wonderful.

She ended up staying at the beginning and end of our trip. We were very happy both times. The shuttle was timely & one less thing to worry about on our trip. The room was simple but all we needed. Great breakfast & incredible restaurant on site.
