The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was very good indeed. Conveniently close to Malpensa airport and Lake Maggiore, we didn't go to Milan because we didn't stay for long enough so can't comment about that.

Noise level from planes above can barely be heard from room on first floor. Penthouse rooms are noisier but this is to be expected! Clean, neat, w/ courteous staff and edible food.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent restaurant. Shower had only rainhead, impossible to shower without washing your hair.

We enjoy staying at the hotel and if it is available we book there for our layover. Breakfast choices have improved but could get better in terms of options such as eggs and bacon. The rooms we choose are functional. Staff super friendly. Restaurant very good with reasonable prices. Shuttle bus service excellent and included in the price.

They have a good restaurant and the hotel is very close to the airport with their own hotel shuttle. Very convenient.

Friendly staff and great to have a shuttle to the airport. Rooms are fairly tired and shower was a bit of a capsule but I enjoyed my stay.

Lovely helpful staff but cobwebs in room. Quiet location not much to do around u less get train. Station only 2 mins up the road.

Great place near mxp

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They had the heat turned on in the room so we had a warm welcome which was appreciated. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great. Would stay here again!

Pick up and drop off from Malpensa airport was very convenient . Staff very nice as well as the pizzeria downstairs.
