Staff very helpful and hotel was very clean

Quiet and efficient. A bit too far out of the city but everyone was very helpful and friendly

Didnt stsyong but everthing eas clesn and staff was very friendly. Shuttle was nice to use.

AC didn’t seem to work very well

Simple, clean, professional.

The problem is that’s far away from everything, other than that it was a good experience. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

First of all the Air condition did not work for the 11 night that I stay at hotel, after several request to the hotel staff they told me that due the whether condition they decide not to turn on the air condition. Also, one night there was a group of guess (teen) making a lot of noise, running thru the hall, I made a claim on the front desk , requesting to take action, because we could not sleep due to high noise on the floor, but they do nothing to resolve the issue. finally the hotel is far form the center of Rome. So, DID NOT recommend this hotel by any reason.

Niente di speciale

Stanza pulita ed in ordine anche se le pulizie potrebbero essere più accurate. La dotazione di asciugamani, cuscini e coperte era idonea, da sistemare le tende oscuranti perché filtra troppa luce in camera.

Skulle mer säga att den förtjänar 2-3 stjärnor. Väldigt långt ifrån centrala Rom. Frukosten är bortom all kritik och det finns inte så mycket att välja på. Rummet var helt okej lite slitet och badrummet var också sådär. Munstycket var trasigt och man fick ändra varje gång. Skulle säga 2.5 stjärnor

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à l’Hôtel Imperatori. Le personnel était accueillant et professionnel, la chambre propre, confortable et bien équipée. L’emplacement est calme et bien desservi par les transports pour rejoindre le centre de Rome. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

L’albergo va bene per chi non ha pretese . Non sopporto la moquette ovunque anche in ascensore . La colazione povera e di bassa qualità con prodotti industriali. Ho apprezzato il Garage gratuito.

Struttura agee gestita con professionalità. Camera e bagno piccoli però molto puliti e ordinati. Spazi comuni ampi e molto curati, bel giardino e piscina adatta per famiglie. Colazione ottima e ben presentata.

Struttura molto comoda, con personale molto professionale. Ci ritornerò volentieri.

Tutto impeccabile come sempre

Non si smentisce mai , sempre tutto impeccabile , ho dimenticato il portafogli in camera , sono stato contattato e sono passato poi a ritirarlo . Zona semi periferica ma vicino a tutto alla fine , metro compresa.

Malgré quelques incompréhension lors de la réservation, l hotel a parfaitement géré la situation et nous a fait passé un très bon séjour. On remercie toute l équipe d un très grand professionnalisme

la chambre est très simple pas de bouilloire et douche très petite l’ensemble était propre le petit déjeuner est plus copieux la semaine que le week end
