An older property but very spacious, clean and a very big comfortable bed

All good at this hotel except there was banging near us every time the elevator landed on the first floor where our room was. Also loud squeaking when the restaurant kitchen doors opened and closed which was just below us. So sleep was constantly interrupted. Otherwise the hotel was clean, roomy and the breakfast was good.

The only reason why I gave 4 stars was because I did not like that you had to rent the room safe… shouldn’t that ALWAYS be included? The women at reception were lovely and quite helpful, as were the wait staff at breakfast and the gastro bar. My only other complaint is that in my bathroom it had what looked like what might have been a shaving/ makeup mirror that was removed from the housing, with nothing but the base left?? There should be a little such mirror. It would have been a nice touch to provide just a little coffee for the pot… I was just staying 2 nights, so I didn’t want to start purchasing groceries… But they did have a lovely breakfast just downstairs. It just would’ve been nice to be able to have had coffee in my room also. I would recommend this hotel and I would go back here. These are just a few minor conveniences that just made it hard for me to give the fifth star, but overall, it was a very pleasant experience.. the location was great too. Parking was good also!

The rooms are a good size and were clean. The night receptionist who checked us in was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Not modern or new, but comfortable and nice pool with the kids. Staff are beyond friendly and makes up the whole difference.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Perfect location, quiet area. Easy parking. Only minutes away from all the activities at the beach. From the moment you walk in you’ll feel at home. Staff was very helpful. The room and towels were very clean. AC worked perfectly. Breakfast buffet was superb. Please try this hotel if you’re ever in the Carveiro area. I’ll come back for sure.

Room is spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful, caring and friendly, especially at reception. Delicious burgers at the bar restaurant and enjoyed the variety at breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially reception staff.excellent breakfasts and we had a lunch bar snack on our last day which was amazing.lovely large room and beds great.pool area great clean and well maintained quiet ideal for kids. The only downside was our doors onto balcony which needed replacing. We had a lovely time here.

Such a lovely, quiet and friendly hotel. Staff were efficent and professional Really could not have asked for a better place to stay. Will be back!

The room was spacious and very comfortable, with large beds, a/c and renovated bathrooms. It was cleaned daily. The pool and bar/restaurant outside were lovely. The reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. It’s quite a healthy walk back from town, up a long steep hill. But if you have a car, you can park near the bottom of the hill to make it easier after a night out.

The staff thoroughly explained during check-in to the amenities and welcomed us to the hotel. The dining room breakfast staff were also polite and helpful!

Walkable from downtown with reasonable price.

Staff was friendly. We had the meal plan that included breakfast and dinner - each day was a different buffet. Breakfasts offered hot and cold options, and the dinner had salad, warm entree selections, and desserts. Property was a short drive to pretty beaches, shopping, and more.
