This is a mixed review as generally the hotel is very nice, lovely pool area on the roof, room with kitchenette was great. House keeping was fantastic they do an amazing job, so clean.
The negatives were the air-conditioning defaults to 28degrees all the time, you set it to a temperature, 10 minutes later it's 28degrees, this meant an uncomfortable night's sleep for our entire stay as the road is too busy and noisy to have the door open at night. We told reception who said an engineer would look at it that day, Saturday, but nothing was done, when we asked reception they said we should not have been told that as the engineer doesn't work weekends.Aparently there were no other rooms we could move too either.
The other negative was that you can hear every movement in the apartment above, for example, one night the people in the room above seemed to be doing a furniture removal every couple of hours, most annoyingly at 2am and 6am.
