A very good location. Breakfast is in another hotel, but well worth the walk. We had a lovely big room and bathroom on the first floor. Hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is wonderful- you can walk to all the main attractions. The room was large and spacious bed- the only thing I would change would be the hair dryer (which looks like it has come out of the 70s).

Very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast included - not mentioned that it's served at another hotel a brisk walk away. No elevator, be prepared for stairs. Our room had no shower curtain, total flood when showering, water everywhere. Had fun at pub next door.

Nice hotel with lovely rooms which were comfortable and beautifully presented . Underfloor heating in bathroom . Only downside is they didn't serve breakfast and had to go to nearby hotel . Car parking to rear

We expected a 3 star hotel, it is called a boutique hotel and is in the old town. There is no lift.no minifridge, no kettle and very steep stairs. A key is needed to access the hotel although the front desk is staffed and will let you in. Breakfast is at the Narutis 5 star hotel hotel nearby and its a great hotel I would stay there next time. Toiletries were only provided on the first day and not replenished in the three nights we stayed but towels were changed daily.I I would not personally stay there again or recommend this hotel for anything other than it is quiet and has a good location, staff were friendly and speak english.

Felt like it was an odd location at first, we arrived late a night. But in the morning it revealed itself to be a nice spot.

(+) Reasonable price, clean and comfortable beds, spacious restroom, nice staff, tasty breakfast. They even give a spa coupon for a welcome gift. (-) In some room, wifi signal is under 2 levels (and it was my room...). The hotel does not have own restaurant, so you should go to another hotel 5 mins away. 3 stories but no elevator.

Comfy bed. Spacious room. Knew there were no other facilities but it was perfect for our three nights' stay.

Rarely stay in a boutique hotel but it wax excellent, very good room, only complaint is that I would like to have had tea and coffee or even just a bottle of water in the room as there is no restaurant.

Helpful and friendly staff, good-sized comfortable room and bathroom, excellent position in old town. However, it is not made clear that breakfast is 300m away and although it is excellent when you get there, adverse conditions could make this an unpleasant experience. The situation would be much improved if a simple tea/coffee facility were available in every room OWNERS PLEASE NOTE.

Great little hotel. Pity no one mentioned, or described on your website, that the retsaurant for breakfast is located several blocks away. THis in the winter is not very pleasant. So forget about just putting on some slippers and going downstairs for bfast. You have to properly get dressed, coats and gloves, in order to eat in the morning. The receptionists were awesome, very friendly and always ready to help. The mattresses in the room are extremely soft. The kind you would find in hotels back in the 80s. But perfect location and atomosphere.

Perfect cozy rooms in the center of the city. The interior really brings the feeling of Vilnius into the rooms. When we come back we will definitely stay there again and recommend it. Perfect location, walking distance from pretty much around the old town of Vilnius. And has parking for the car, how amazing is that!

I wanted to see Lithuania. I have had many contacts through the year with the Lithuanian community in Chicago and circumstances provided me with the chance to visit the country this year.

Great location in the old city. Had a room towards the road which was a bit noisy especially over the weekend as a bar with people sitting and drinking outside is nearby. Also passing cars can be a bit noisy in the narrow roads. Room was very clean, bright and spacious. The internet seems unreliable and didn't work the first day. Reception was aware of the problem but said management knows and does not act.

Maybe I should have done more research and looked at the hotel's site to find out that the breakfast is NOT in the same hotel but 300m away, because Hotels.com didn't mention it in clear writing! The hotel is very pretty, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, all you would expect. Negatives: - breakfast not on site - WIFI was not working on arrival - very few power plugs in very inconvenient locations and all used for lamps - no lift (not too much of a problem as there aren't many floors, but something to bear in mind) - although the street looks quiet, you could hear people talking at midnight on a work day as if you had the window wide open - gaps under the door of the room meant I heard all travelers as clear as if I had been next to them when they went back for their rooms. Do not expect a traditional hotel chain, it's more boutique with all the noise that you would get in a typical house that you shared with roommates. I would not recommend it for business travel.

The location of Apia Hotel is really great. There is also big parking behind the building which is necessary in such crowded and busy place. Rooms are really beautiful and clean. In each of them (we booked three) were big bath tubs and every room was individually decorated. Staff is very nice and helpful. The only problem was with noisy street which is very close, just through the window.

No elevator and room was on the third floor. Breakfast is in another hotel 10 min away, although excellent and worth the unusual walk to have morning coffee. Hotel was difficult to find, not clear signs on the front in a very narrow street.
