It was a fair hotel in a good location. A/C was not available. They were shutdown due to the season. Continental breakfast was ok. Parking is about 15 minute walk.

The room was clean and bright, the location convenient (a short walk from the train station and Piazza del Duomo), and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with a large selection of sweet and savory food

Worth coming back to. Room was clean and people were very courteous.

Very happy with this hotel for our one-night stay in Florence. The helpful lady at reception kindly pre-ordered us a taxi for our early morning departure. Bed was comfortable and there were a good number of choices for breakfast, including a variety of fresh warm croissants.

Excellent location and so easy to bus and tram station. Clean room with friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Front Desk was very unfriendly. Not helpful. Requested us to move out of the lobby while waiting for our next party arrive.

The breakfast is excellent for starting the day. Housekeeping is the best, it was done quickly and well done. I liked the building, it seems to be old but it is functional. The rooms were comfortable for the entire family.

From a location standpoint there are no complaints. It was close to public transportation when needed and a reasonable walk to virtually everywhere we wanted to go to. The room however was unforgivingly small. You couldn't properly unpack your luggage to get to everything you needed to given the space limitations. In addition to that the air conditioning was weak and the wifi was unprotected, slow, and often unavailable. The bed was a split mattress and sub par in terms of getting a comfortable night's sleep. They did offer a solid complimentary breakfast spread but one of the mornings we were there an attendant was constantly pestering people as they arrived about where to sit which wasn't needed at all. They also kept reaching across the table while we were eating to grab plates and glasses they thought we didn't need anymore which was really intrusive as well. People can easily find which tables are open and the tables can be cleared once everyone has left the table.

We loved our stay! Reception staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was so clean & cozy. Although we saw guests at breakfast, we never heard anyone…very quiet. Location was just perfectly walkable to everything and very safe.

The hotel is a 15 min walk from downtown, and a 10 min walk or 3 tram stops (7 min) from the main train station. We had the family suite on the top floor and were overall pleased. However, the AC was fair at best ( maybe it was 78-80 F inside) with the air blasting, but it was also extremely hot at 97F outside in July during a heat wave. The hotel has room air conditioning only, but this is typical for Italy. So buyer beware if you’re sensitive the heat and it’s mid-summer. The breakfast was good and typical for Europe. But the breakfast lady is a little particular about where you sit and has something to say if you come to eat too close to ending time at 10am. It was off putting at first but she grew on us after a few days.
